at the time for boarding the lady just call Group A and no other goups and everybody from A to F go inside without the right turn,and when we get in theres no more spsce for carry on , the ones that get in at not correct group from the back occupy our space !!!!! a mess !!!!
After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.
The free wi-fi was great. But, the flight delay was not sustainable. It definitely impacted people schedules and JetBlue didn’t do anything to compensate clients for it
late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.
Great crew. Smooth flight that was on time. Boarding is a disaster as usual. Bought more room seat and was Grouo A. The flight was packed by the time I got on. TVs did not work as usual
The boarding and flight were ok, but there were several painful issues. The flight was 3:20 in the air and almost four hours door to door, but they only had snack packs on the plane. They really need to have food on longer flights or make it clear to everyone that they won’t have food. They also advertise free WiFi, but it did not work for 90% of this flight. Again, almost four hours door to door. If I had known I was flying spirit for JetBlue prices then I would have planned differently.
We liked the flight, but not in JFK, not in Gatwick it is no lounge and this was surprising and disappointing. I think by now it is understandable that COVID will not go away and why it should not be business lounge?
I think the food / snack service was very poor. tehy could have done better. Evrything else was great
No wifi, not even while close to the continental US or Puerto Rico, no entertainment whatsoever (TVs not working). Totally disappointing.
