The crew were very welcoming and helpful. I just wish economy had a bit more leg room. My knees were constantly hitting the chair in front of me.

Delayed due to an ill passenger after loading. Not preventable on Delta's part. Was in first class. The seats are becoming worn and detaching from their velcro attachments. Only got snacks on flight. The attendant was not the friendliest.

Super good crew... food was pretty awful- overall Delta is my favorite carrier- takes off on time, good boarding process etc.

I didn’t not like that I could not select my seat and ended up with the worse seat.

The plane was one hour late cause they were doing some reparations with us on the plane no mention I was in the first seat and the door was open the entire time with 8 degrees! The plane was totally dirty no mention old ! The staff was nice but no put together, the attention to details and passenger experience is missing and i always travel first !!! Is better the lounge than the plane! KLM/air France every details is taken care maybe you need a creative creator or experience client need asap was terrible and not memorable for the price that I payed very dissatisfied

Of course, the Gate change was last minute and they were boarding g when we finally got to the change of terminal as well.

First time travel in economy and the worst experience I ever had ! Shame on paying 600 dollars to be in a tuna can ! Service was terrible no even water no even class no even matters your flight attendants were lazy and sloppy very bad experience! After all these years traveling in first and once I try this cause I need to go to a destination for an emergency wow shame on you !

We checked one bag. That was fast and the agent was fast and super nice. At the gate, boarding was fast and efficient. Flight was uneventful which was great because it was early in the morning and most folks were sleeping. Landing was great. Delta does a really good job of making the flying experience better all around considering you are sitting in such a small space on a plane for several hours. Flight from ALT to Panama City was short and uneventful as well. No entertainment but no need since it was such a short flight.

Like most domestic flights in the US, you are basically on your own with this airline when it comes to food, so be sure to purchase meals and drinks ahead of time or expect to arrive starving and dehydrated (like I was).

The announcements about boarding were unclear and har.d to understand I almost missed the flight even though I wa in the boarding area. .

New ridiculous policy by american destroyed my allegiance to american. As a million miler with american, I expected it would be easy to get on an earlier flight when I got to airport earlier than expected, and save a five hour layover. WRONG. The online app would not let me switch flights, So I called, and was promised a call back in 90 minutes. HAH! The customer service desk at DCA said “we no longer have access to changing a flight on our screens. If the app couldn’t do it, I should send a letter to American, but there’s nothing else possible!”

This was not the BA business class it used to be. Mediocre food, attendants seemed stretched thin. All the little luxuries that used to make BA business fun were missing. Flight delayed and the explanation given was they forgot to pick up crew - I hope I misheard! Transfer in LHR “sticky” - we thought we had way too much time at 3hours but it was needed. Next time will try different route.

just overall disappointing, not a treat to travel these days....paying for Main Cabin Extra was not worth it.

Boarding process was very similar to frontier or spirit. Gate agent measuring bags and denying boarding/checking bags.

Both flights were delayed. One by an hour and the other by 1 1/2 hours after boarding.

Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.

Had to rush between flights due to first leg being late, then pulled for additional security screening and attendants were in no hurry, took other people at same time as my husband and I further delaying us and causing additional stress.

The flight was 3 hours late taking off. The lounge experience in Heathrow was terrible. No charging plugs, no table busting, and very overcrowded.

Going the plane was late and then Bahamas Air chartered another plane to take the passengers to San Salvador.

We were scheduled to travel at 12pm. The flight got delayed with no updates until 11:30am. They advised that we will receive an update at 1pm. However, the flight was then delayed until 6pm with no clear indication as to if that was the departure time. It was NOT! They decided to combine two of their scheduled flights into one due to the smaller number of passengers. If you do not wish to be inconvenienced, “STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE”!!!!!!They do have a track record of this!

Flight was delayed more than 2 hours in departure. Boarding was lengthy and passengers were very rude. I waited on the plane for almost an hour once boarded and it was very hot. The passenger next to me was clearly I’ll: coughing and sneezing the entire flight.

Very courteous staff at the gate and excellent assistance with my needs as a handicapped person on board. The flight itself was uncomfortable, with tight seating and seats they don’t recline, so be aware. The aircraft itself is old and worn, and it shook a lot and made a lot of noise, especially upon takeoff and at landing. But, hey it’s a short flight and it got me back home to Florida safely, so….

I feel that I was scammed by BahamasAir. Both on flights 202 and 207, to and from Nassau - Fort Lauderdale June 2, June 6. I paid for 2 full size bags and selected seats. On both flights they told me I had not paid for luggage or seats. I was charged $100 extra each way without seat assignment. BahamasAir does not participate in TSA Pre Check. Even if you have it you cannot use it. Instead endure long lines because BahamasAir will not pay their share of PreCheck.

Booked thru you. Paid and was supposed to have 1 checked bag and seat 3 C; with the same for my wife sitting on the opposite side of the aisle in 3D. At airport we had to pay $ 25 each for 1 bag each.. we’d were given seats inn row 17

Boarding process was smooth and easy. The crew was friendly and communicable and transparent about the delay at the landing destination.

Flight was delayed 7hours due to multiple planes having mechanical issues.

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!

In addition to the fact that Silver changed the flight time several days before the trip without offering any choices , I was sick with Covid and unable to go on the trip. I tried to ask Silver for a credit for a flight when I’d recooperated but they don’t do credits, even for illness. I will Never fly on Silver again

I canceled due to a 7 hour delay. Was forced to book another airline last minute , very expensive. Silver Aorways sucks

I spent hours with orbitz to get my tsa # on my ticket. They didn’t have a place to enter. I will never use orbitz again. No customer service. A number in which u press offered options and the message replays instead of getting customer to that area. Silver did not make the promised call back. Finally someone responded to my email and took care of it after I lost hours of my vacation arranging this. Staff on flight barked orders.

Our pilot and flight attendant, Desiree, were great. I always fly this route and this crew was better than most.

Easy boarding and deplaning. Short flight. Water was given but that was it.

Flight was delayed a bit since booking but otherwise everything was very good.

While this is a VERY SMALL plane; take-off to landing was fine. It's the constant departure time changes that wore me out and I'll try to never use this inconsistent airway again. Four delays in one day. Done!!!!!!

This has been, by far, my worst experience with an airline company. I had a reservation for a Tuesday at 8:30 pm departure from Gainesville, FL (1.5 hours - direct flight) I received an email on Monday that my flight had been changed to Monday at night to depart from Jacksonville, FL (and it was an 11 .5 hours flight ). There was no way I would have had the time to gather my things, drive 1.5 hours to the Jacksonville airport, and make it on time to board the plane. Besides, I had a full day of work on Tuesday. The only good thing I xan say about Silver airlines is that they did give me a refund, but I had to wait about 4 hours for a call back
