They have no employees/gate agents in Huntsville. Only one gate is operational
I’ve been on 8 flights with American Airlines in the last 2 months and 4 have been delayed.
We departed early and arrived early The plane was clean and the crew was incredibly efficient another positive experience with American airlines for me.
I am very appreciative of the help provided to me by Dennis and Whitney. I had lost my phone at EWR airport and they were very kind in assisting me. This included advice on how to file a report and also helping me connect with family. The pilot was also great about keeping passengers updated on the flight progress with regular communications over the system.
The delayed flight was awful and moving the departure gate twice was annoying
The pilots are always hauling in the sky. No issues with boarding only problem was layover was shortened too much by weather but luckily the next flight was still boarding and did not missit
My seat was horrible. I think it was broken in several places. Other than that, the crew was great and the plane was clean
Priority baggage, golf bag lost causing me to miss function the next day. Baggage in general in Charlotte has been a mess lately.
2 hour flight with no drink service from the bahamas?!! There was very little turbulence and the turbulence didnt seem to affect first class drink service. I understand that they may not be able to pour all kinds of drinks, but thye can hand out bottles of water at lease
Charlotte airport is miserable. For American I always have to connect from the end of terminal E to the end of terminal B and the stupid moving walkways are always broken. And the flights to all seem of least importance so they never leave on time in either direction.
They don’t offer food on the flight just water but when arrived on time and landed perfectly
They could give you a snack or at least something to drink during the flight. The flight was also delayed.
They cut off check in at 1 hr, while we were in line, & sold our seats.
Poor poor, airline people are rude unfriendly and unhelpful, they need to be trained to be customer friendly and gelpful
Delays, changing flight times and screws us up when connecting with another flight . It’s the same ole story. Bahamasair don’t care and no one holds them accountable.
I love bahamasair safety always blown away. They made my fears from travel so much better. Bahamasair #1 Highly recommend We don't just fly here. We live here Pilots and crew keep up the good work.
Going the plane was late and then Bahamas Air chartered another plane to take the passengers to San Salvador.
4 hour delay Noisy passengers Tight seats Missed connecting flight in Ft. Lauderdale
We were scheduled to travel at 12pm. The flight got delayed with no updates until 11:30am. They advised that we will receive an update at 1pm. However, the flight was then delayed until 6pm with no clear indication as to if that was the departure time. It was NOT! They decided to combine two of their scheduled flights into one due to the smaller number of passengers. If you do not wish to be inconvenienced, “STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE”!!!!!!They do have a track record of this!
Very courteous staff at the gate and excellent assistance with my needs as a handicapped person on board. The flight itself was uncomfortable, with tight seating and seats they don’t recline, so be aware. The aircraft itself is old and worn, and it shook a lot and made a lot of noise, especially upon takeoff and at landing. But, hey it’s a short flight and it got me back home to Florida safely, so….
