The crew were very welcoming and helpful. I just wish economy had a bit more leg room. My knees were constantly hitting the chair in front of me.

From Atlanta to Cabo I would have hoped on a plane that size I would have been able to breathe and wiggle my feet a little! The leg room in that plane is non existent and I am only 5”4’. And the air vent either wasn’t working very well or just could not blow air from the ceiling to the seat area as I was suffocating through the entire flight! And please don’t say I would have been more comfortable in first class because I cannot afford those rates and have always travelled Main Cabin without issues !

Boarding was a little confusing as many folks were trying to get on through priority boarding instead of general. Everything else was excellent.

The flight was delayed but we got to our final destination.

Flight was late. Club was full. Experience is exactly what I expected.

The landing was bad and the hostess came two times and i was sleeping but when she served the person that nexts to me I woke up and she didn’t even asked me if I need any drink or snacks two times!!!!

The most unprofessional and disorganized experience I’ve ever had with an airlines. After the flight was diverted on the runway and we returned to the gate, there was no communication about the plans and it took an additional 5 hours to get set up with a hotel and a new flight, information that was not readily given to the passengers and mostly gotten second hand from what other passengers heard from each other. Based on this experience I cannot recommend flying delta again

Flight was great. DELTA did a fantastic job! FLL airport was chaotic!

Like most domestic flights in the US, you are basically on your own with this airline when it comes to food, so be sure to purchase meals and drinks ahead of time or expect to arrive starving and dehydrated (like I was).

Delta needs to step up the meals and snacks. They have been serving the same two meals for three years.... It is time to change it up.

Jetblue needs to improve on Onboarding as it seems to always be behind on departing. It never leaves on time. I would recommend to have an earlier Onboarding in order to leave on time and respect your customers time as well.

My experience with JetBlue was fantastic! The service was top-notch, the flight was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely fly with them again.

Another horrible Jet Blue experience. This airline has suffered the biggest decline of all from best to worst. TVs didn’t work (again). internet was temperamental. Boarded late and couldn’t get organized to serve snacks.

There was no wheelchair or wheelchair escort at the gate..unacceptable

I really liked the way snacks and drinks were available throughout the flight!!! The flight attendants were also all fantastic!

On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.

Problem with the gate after landing for an hour caused lots of issues for commuting after. Don’t think the crew handled it well at all.

I loved the flight and the crew. It was comfortable and smooth.

Please, for the love of all things good…clean the plane. There’s less filth on seat and floor after my 2 year old niece throws Mac-n-cheese everywhere.

Overall the flights pretty good. The snacks we’re good and they were plenty of them. Both boarding and deplaning went quickly.

Food choice is limited, entertainment better than average, seat leg room terrible

My flight was a little marred by poorly fuctioning / loose headphone sockets meaning I had to move twice. The meals were good and the staff are always amazing, attentive and friendly. My bag was lost on my previos trip with BA for 15 days of my 18 day trip, however I experienced no such issues this time despite my fears. Overall ok but aircraft need better looking after.

Unfortunately we had turbulence because of the weather and when we were about to land in Miami, the pilot brought the aircraft quickly up because another plane was in its way. The pilot was remarkable however we weren’t told until we started our second descent. Our flight was GOOD

Seems every time I fly American airlines they switch gates and terminals and I always have to run to make my connection. American airlines flights are always delayed departing and arriving .

While going my luggage was delayed for 3 days . While coming back My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight . No compensation for delayed luggage. Not a happy experience .

Did not get to Ontario yet. Sitting on tarmac for 2 plus hours.

Flight was canceled. Knew there was weather, and were notified of 20 min delayed, and then suddenly canceled. Next reschedule was for 2 days. No help other than to refund. Thankfully full refund and appreciate that. I appreciate discounted airline but felt they could've done more for customer inconvenience.

The seat was very uncomfortable from Boston to Nashville. Otherwise the flight was excellent.

Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.

Crew was very professional and friendly. An A for customer service. Had to wait over forty minutes at the carousel each leg for my luggage. After landing in Atlanta it seems they lost our luggage so we had to wait, very tired and hungry. Mothers were on the flight with months old babies sitting in the airport floor waiting. A very bad experience for my first use of the airline. Had it not being for the horrible carousel incident, it would have been pleasant. Comfort was okay, got what I paid for. You have to pay for everything. Looking forward to the cost to use the restroom next.

Actual CLT experience was rough. I've never seen the airport as bad in regards to security lines and wait. (For not being a holiday) A lot of folks missed their flight this morning. Spirit is fine. But wasnt offered a beverage somehow. No worries but some how I missed it.

The crew was great but it felt gross how spirit charges you for every little thing. Picking your seat should be free (first come first served). Beverages and food I get. But picking where I sit? Gross.

The staff at the counter were very rude and unprofessional

Lower price not worth it. Delayed missed connection. Would have taken 24 hours to get to Atlanta. No takes your vouchers making them useless. Never again.

Flight on time, crew gave great service, clean and updated plane.

Simply put, It’s like being a Sardine in a sardine can, zero entertainment and nothing is free and everything you add is exorbitant. It is less than no frills.

Left Denver late, then sat on tarmac 30 min after arrival

Was just ok with over selling I guess. A lot of people in a short space and when we finally arrive i20 minutes, waiting to get out from the plain because we were waiting authorization for out boarding? Something like that.

Bought seats on the flight and they were supposed to be 2 and a jumpseat. Plane clearly changed and it was a regular 3 seat row. Asked for a refund and was denied. If I wanted to sit next to someone else I wouldn't have bought the seats..

The experience was terrible. The flight boarded late, then after leaving the gate the plane had had to return to the gate for fuel. After 2 hours on the plane, the flight was canceled. The reasons given for the cancelation didn't sound truthful. and different reasons were given. My 15 year old daughter was flying alone on this flight. When they all disembarked the plane she kept asking the crew what she was supposed to do. No one even gave her the courtesy of a response. No one. It took another 4.75 hrs to be out of customs and baggage. She was re-booked the following day. That flight departed 2 hours late. After all of that, they offered a measly $100 flight voucher with an expiry date of 3 months! All in all a terrible experience. We won't be using Frontier again in the future.

Everything was on time and smoothly run. All employees appeared happy and enjoying their job. The delay in take-off was unrelated to anything in Frontier’s control.

Smooth process and flight. My favorite kind. Uneventful and on-time!

4 hour delay. No updates or apology from staff. Uncomfortable seats, wonky bad restrictions and up charges, really terrible experience and will never fly frontier again.

The flights were right on time. The issue that was the most difficult was the lack of legroom on the planes

Typical low fare flight. Very tight seating, no entertainment, no power outlets, no food. You (don’t) get what you (don’t) pay for. The flight boarded and arrived a few minutes early. Can’t complain.

Attendance were to busy bull shitting to pay attention to the guest, had an attude problem.
