Not a good experience, we were delayed by an hour due to maintenance issues.
No tv, movies for a 6 hour flight! Worst airline I have ever travelled!
Staff great. Tight seating. Pretzels and drink same as any other airline.
Long flights are best when the seats have movies and shows to watch.
The cabin temperature was very warm. Flight attendant did not help when my 3 YO needed to go to the bathroom and it was close to landing time. She knocked and opened the door. I would appreciate more empathy towards the situation.

Crew was great. Very nice. And the bad... Do not get the aisle last row seat on a 737-900. Right next to the bathroom door! I literally saw everyone on the entire plane! Not good! Landing was a little sketchy too. Felt like we were skidding all over the runway!
