At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.

The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.

Cons: "Sold me a ticket then cancelled 15 minutes later due to not having updated information from the airline on bookings."

It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful

I was told we'd have a hot breakfast option in first class, so I chose not get a hot breakfast. It was a very strange meal, but the fresh fruit was very good quality. Service was excellent from ORD to ELP. No service from MBS to ORD, not even water. However, when flying American from FNT to ORD, which is a shorter flight, they at least pass out snacks and offer water.

We were delayed an hour leaving Munich (No fault of the crew). They kept us posted on the status so we knew what was going on, but as a result we missed our connection in Chicago and the communication on connecting flights was pretty poor as we disembarked. It was already stressful and some of that could have been reduced by better communications about where to find transfers, etc.

One problem, but a serious one - the plane is built with electric windows that tint dark to reduce light. Sitting next to the window is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE as it emits so much HEAT in the face when tinted.

The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

The flight was delayed instead of leaving at 11 it left at 12.20

United WiFi is consistently unusable (it can take 10 mins to load a single web page). If you need Wifi to do work, be prepared to lose half a day of productivity.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

Good movies, iffy pay WiFi, food ok- on time though and that was great!

ok flight, but charged for everything. water, food, baggage. no free water available, I had to plead to give me water to take medicine.

Need to consider about zero entertainment services and lack of flight information!

I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.

I can't board the flight due to the K-ETA problem. You should inform the customer clearly a few days before the flight. I can't cancel/change the flight now. This is the worst experience in my life. I also never hear about this kind of bad experience. I won't use the booking system and the flight company anymore.

Pros: "We received great assistance at the check-in counter and were helped out even though we arrived late. The ground crew was actually great."
Cons: "We only got water. Felt like a bus ride. Minimum comfort but fair for the price."
