The pilots were good. Disappointing when planes don't have electrical ports

I always fly with Delta. My friends tell me their horror stories of flying with other airlines. I just smile and say, “You should fly Delta”

They did a fine job. Can't wait to use Delta in the future.

There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.

The plane smelled bad, the temperature in the plane was over 75 with times over 80. Jet blue tried to mask the smell of armpits married with butt. Overall mediocre. Crew was nice

I really liked the way snacks and drinks were available throughout the flight!!! The flight attendants were also all fantastic!

None of the in flight Direct TV worked. A better selection of Shows would have been better. The baggage was s low. Otherwise we enjoyed our flight!

Wifi screens were great. Both flights were delayed, spending all day flying home and then getting home at 3am ruins the next day also.

ticketing issues caused many customers to have to go back to check in after waiting in security, then go through security line again.

The seat was visibly dirty, had not been cleaned. I used my own wipes and they were dark after wiping down the chair and tray table.

Flight was delayed 30 minutes, but otherwise was terrific. We used our points to upgrade to Mint for the first time which was a fun & comfortable. Josh & Kori were very attentive & genuinely cared about our comfort.

The flight was smooth, on time and without any issues.

I am tired of being nickel and dimed for seat location, checked luggage and carry on bags. That is why i rarely fly anymore.

No meal on a cross country flight? SFO-MiA is pretty much the definition of a coast to coast flight. No meal provided. Sky high wi-fi rates too. Stop nickel and diming your customers.

After my luggage was grabbed by another passenger, by accident, I chose to speak with the American Airlines staff within the airport. Not only was the customer support staff uninformed but also very argumentative, making this situation harder to deal with. I was only able to finally retrieve my luggage thanks to the passenger who took it contacting me due to the tags on the luggage. All of this was happening during another 2 hour delay and 3 gate changes. Horrible airline with disgusting, on the ground, customer support staff.

Awful! The flight was delayed and we sat on the plane in DCA for an hour because fuel was out in the wrong part of the plane and would not be accessible during flight. So the plane had to be refueled in correct tank. They also allowed someone to get off of the plane. This delayed my six hour flight by an hour and made me miss my connecting flight. I ran to new gate and American Airlines agents new about the delay and even knew that I was trying to make the connection. They knew thru communication with my friend while in flight that I was in the airport and running to the new gate and they still closed the gate and refused to let me on the new flight despite plane still being at the gate. It was horrible and I had to be rebooked on a flight for 24 hours later. This has been a nightmare and if American Airlines can cause customers to be delayed and then have zero empathy as having an on time flight was more important to them than helping a customer who was delayed by no fault of her own, then it's seems that it's not a company that I want to continue to give my loyalty to. I'm so disgusted.

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

Our original flight was delayed and we almost missed our layover. Fortunately they delayed the second flight as well due to the number of people being on both flights so we got lucky. But it was due to mechanical issues which was frustrating.

I was placed in a seat assignment that I was unable to change prior to the boarding day. I showed up hours before boarding and prior to boarding I asked if I could be moved to sit next to my children. Without even looking or checking, I was immediately told that it was not possible to move anyone. I went ahead and waited until boarding at which time I sat down next to my children anyways. When the passenger that was supposed to be sitting next to my children showed up, he was very understanding, and immediately asked me if I was sitting next to family, to which I replied “yes,” after which he said “it’s okay” to let me know that I can continue sitting in his seat, while he takes my seat. However, in a very contrasting and rude manner, the very person that I asked earlier, if I could be moved, that was sitting at the gate prior to boarding the airplane, showed up across the other side of the aisle, and started screaming across the airplane, where everyone could hear, to have me move out of the seat I was currently sat in, or else she would remove me from the plane, during which time the other passenger told her (the American Airlines worker in charge) that it was okay, and he doesn’t mind that I was in his seat, making her aware that I was next to family, which is where I belonged. There was no complaint at any given time by anyone, including the passenger whose seat I was in, but my safety and my children’s safety was now in danger because of an American Airlines worker, that has no regard to her surroundings or the situation that she was actually facing. The importance and clarity that was predominant in her mind, was for me not to sit in any other seat, other than the one that I was assigned, not next to my children, even though the flight was booked for all of us at the same time. I understand it isn’t always possible to make certain seat assignments together, but when a passenger with the assigned seat next to my family is OK with me switching out with him, I would think the American Airlines worker in charge should not care, unless she considered a threat, but if I was a threat, I should have been removed from the airplane at the first sign. I was aggressive, I never raised my voice, but I did for a few seconds delay, my calculated response when I was asked to move. The passengers surrounding us were in awe of the way that the American Airlines worker in charge handled this situation, and pointed out that many other passengers in that very same airplane, just prior to our “event” had switched out their seats assigned, but I was singled out, possibly because I had requested this prior to boarding the plane. This made me wonder what kind of company American Airlines really is, and has since altered my newfound opinion of this company as a recent. I am very disappointed with American Airlines due to this event that has happened during boarding and prior to flying out on a trip I booked for my daughter that just turned 16 years of age, and her first time flying at the age of emancipation with her father.

Terrible flight seats where really uncomfortable I had body aches for 2 days and flight was delays almost two hours

Spirit canceled the flight in March and never notified me!

Kayak does not know that spirit airlines charged me $70 to fly. But the bag check-in was $89 each way. This is false advertising to lure people. Spirit airlines sends bunch of emails after flight purchases to buy wifi, better seats, priority boarding, secure reserved seats. This is false advertising. Up front pricing. I would of flown jet blue or Alaska airlines.

Crew was very professional and friendly. An A for customer service. Had to wait over forty minutes at the carousel each leg for my luggage. After landing in Atlanta it seems they lost our luggage so we had to wait, very tired and hungry. Mothers were on the flight with months old babies sitting in the airport floor waiting. A very bad experience for my first use of the airline. Had it not being for the horrible carousel incident, it would have been pleasant. Comfort was okay, got what I paid for. You have to pay for everything. Looking forward to the cost to use the restroom next.

Cancelled my flight last minute and had to end up driving to Texas from Atlanta last minute. I’m going to miss another day of work, drive back to Atlanta , in my own car and spirit doesn’t want to refund the money. First time I tried flying anyone else but delta and I get ripped off . And I had. To pay for seats for a flight that didn’t happen. Usually you could say you get what you pay for but in this case, didn’t get anything and paid for everything never flying spirit again, or even attempting it or thinking about it.

Plane two hours late. Missed flight to Boston. Spirit should have already reticketed us at the last jet blue flight. But no. No help, only confusion. Reticketing line a mile long. Agent couldn’t care less whether I lived or died. Offered flight two days later - unacceptable. Now going - hopefully - via Orlando to Boston with a 7 hour layover. To much delays we missed connecting flight had to sleep on airport

I hope to avoid flying with them in the future. First flight got cancelled then got stuck with a 13 hour layover in Denver. The process was long and frustrating to many people.

The flight was delayed and I had to cancel because I would have missed my connection and there were no other flights for the next two days. They also lost my bag!!

I was singled out for being a Latina flying solo and the attendants took me out of line to put my luggage in the personal item bin to see if it would fly. Keep In mind I had just flown with the same luggage with no problem not even 5 days ago. The tag was sticking out a bit and the attendant was belligerent about charging me $100. I could not refuse because I didn’t wanna cause a scene. But today I felt targeted and embarrassed. I went online and found out that this happens a lot with this airline and to many minority women.

Xmas Day- Flights were on time for departure and arrival, baggage check in and boarding process were hassle free, baggage also arrived without any delay. Satisfied customer on this journey.

Was using the bathroom and arrived 1 min 45 secs passed the terminal door closing . Wouldn’t let me on the flight and Frontier gate attendants as well desk manager were very rude and didn’t not assist nor provide any type of guidance. As a result I will not be able to get my children for the holidays. Frontier I will never fly with you all again. I also purchased a perk package what a waste .

Took 60 minutes to find an open gate at Atlanta Hartsfield airport after landing. Making passengers wait 60 minutes is poor planning and gate management.

Several delays in a row totaling two hours with no information announcements and no explanations given. Rude and unapologetic onboard flight attendant addressing those of us in overpriced emergency exits as if we were idiots. It had been a while since I felt treated like cattle. I will do my best to avoid Frontier as much as possible in the future.

Boarded late, no communication as to why, a lot of turbulence

Pros: "I really understood that we were all going to have a bad experience and at least they were happy and perky"
Cons: "No water no drinks no food not even for sale. No internet and the seats were horrible never again will I fly frontier airlines don't care. They were just metal chairs with a tiny bit of padding"

Cons: "They fly a321 planes and they have a tendency to “tip backwards when deplaning” This happened both flights. So they have to adjust the gangway and it took 20mins to deplane and we missed our bus home. Why do they fly an model that does this? I have never heard of this before."
