I like the non stop flight to Lagos. The cabin crew were great, the food was alright and the ride was smooth. The downside is there wasn’t wifi connection from Lagos to Washington as stated. The 11hrs flight, became boring at times because of no wifi.

The flight was canceled. Got rebooked to Chicago and when we arrived our luggage where to there. They were going to our original destination the day after. They would not deliver them to our house. We had to go pick them up.

It took 5 hour to get a crew to D Ice the plan. We had to sit on the runway for 5 hrs. in Calgary. It snows most of the winter. No proactive plan. In addition, after 3 calls to customer service they couldn't figure out how to have my wife and myself sit together on her birthday weekend. Everybody kept passing the buck. No decision from customer service, luggage drop off or check in team. The experience was a complete mess! I don't think we'll ever fly on this airline again.

I used to fly aeromexico yvr to sjo c.rica. they charged me extra $450 can when they messed up my flight as stuck in mex city . Their plane broke down 5 hrs delaying flights . I decided next time ,as this time air Canada to c.rica vacation . I rate my trip as excellent overall. I only wish there was an option to pay for meals on booking the trip. 4 or 5 hours long time no food only drinks free. Therefore please give option for a better meal like I'm used to . I am going to flair Canada 100% next trip . Thanks geaciss David Allan of Langley bc . .
More leg room for the seats! Boarding was delayed so everyone had to stand around in the busy terminal, no where to sit. The crew did their best.
