Boarding took less than 20 minutes total. They offered free snacks and drinks soon after cruising. They offered more refreshments an hour before landing. This was a 3 hour flight. I haven’t seen this post-COVID. I will be flying KLM more often. The cabin was clean and flight attendants were very nice.
I did not use entertainment on board, so, cannot really evaluate. the flight was fine.
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
Great boarding, great short flight but no entertainment whatsoever and no wifi. Prepare to disembark by a staircase.
Transfer at CDG to connecting KLM flight to Amsterdam was a NIGHTMARE. LONG WALKWAYS, NO MOVING WALKWAYS, POOR signage, Have to take a train & No staff visible to help navigate the maze. AVOID TRANSFER AT CDG AT ALL COST.
I tried to upgrade to premium economy anis seat online during the checkin process. The payment didn’t work due to a technical glitch on KLM’s website. I wasn’t able to change my seat unless I called Amsterdam. Since I was in Canada and there’s a time difference this wasn’t practical. So when I arrived early to Ottawa airport my seat wasn’t available and I could only get a middle seat in premium economy which isn’t great. These middle seats are priced at the same rate as an aisle seat which makes no sense.
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.
It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which is not branded or labeled. Incorrect information was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.
I bought this ticket for my daughter. She had to pay for her carry on bag to be checked. My understanding is that transatlantic flights included carry on and personal item The nickeling and diming fo legacy carriers has stooped to an all time low. So sad.
The flight to Houston the agents were not very helpful
In Liberia airport 5 min before our departure the airport was closed for takeoff for 30 min. Upon arrival to IAH we didn’t have any available gate and waited taxing another 40 min. As a result we arrived for 1+ h later. The walkway to the passport control in IAH is about 1-2 ml long. After the passport control you have to pass the security check again. Only 3 out of 16 checkpoints were open and the line was enormously long. As a result, even though we supposed to have 2.5 hrs gap in between the flights we missed our transfer. United rebooked us for the next available flight early morning and provided free hotel and meal vouchers through.
The staff was nice, however boarding taking 2 hours. That’s insane. Overall very bad experience, a lot of turbulence and when landed in Chicago was horrible. I don’t think I’ll flight with UA again.
It was good, although we could not get our preferred seats, we did enjoy the whole experience from Costa Rica. I still don't understand why our luggage is not the first to come out at the band.
Movie selection is good. Crew did not understand mileage program and were no help. Sick later. Food?
I love United was disappointed we had a two hour delay, however the Pilot did say safety first.
Since when do I have to pay for my checked bag? I have a United Explorer mileage plus silver card and I was charged for my checked bags. This also is an international flight. So I would like an explanation to be clear before I choose an airline please?
The Economy Plus rows weren’t as roomy as expected, and the meal service left a lot to be desired for.
Boarding was terrible. My wife uses a wheel chair and she was in an incredibly hot closed metal cargo box for close to 20 minutes before getting on board
Food abd wine was good and for the price this was a true bargain, relative to other transatlantic options. But it is still significantly behind my experiences with Air France long haul in both hard and soft product. But for the price air Canada to Europe from Vancouver is currently the best value of quality for the dollar cost.
Very good except paying twice for seat selection. Once when I booked and again when I checked in.
Smooth on time flight with standard AC service. As usual food options awful. Wish airlines could offer better quality food services

We should get a light meal since it was an international flight over 5 hours. Ticket price is high. Why should I have to pay for a meal?
We did not have seat assigned until almost the very end of boarding and my husband and I did not sit together I don’t know why even though we bought tickets 3 months in advance and checked in very early. We were not standby and we were treated as we had stand by tickets. I will never fly Air Canada again.
Nothing can please you when you leave with five hours delay and boarding the airplane twice.
I used to fly aeromexico yvr to sjo c.rica. they charged me extra $450 can when they messed up my flight as stuck in mex city . Their plane broke down 5 hrs delaying flights . I decided next time ,as this time air Canada to c.rica vacation . I rate my trip as excellent overall. I only wish there was an option to pay for meals on booking the trip. 4 or 5 hours long time no food only drinks free. Therefore please give option for a better meal like I'm used to . I am going to flair Canada 100% next trip . Thanks geaciss David Allan of Langley bc . .
No blankets provided, no meal or snack service provided for a 5hr flight. No headphones provided, available for a $4 charge, no Bluetooth connection to entertainment system provided. Terrible airline.
