The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, but I understand that it was not up to the company, however how they could handle the situation better, they never apologized for that delay, moreover despite passengers being there for 7 hours only thing they did was to give a bowl of instant noodles, afterwards on the plane tiny snacks, people were there starting from lunch time and we’ve arrived to destination at almost midnight

Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾

Cons: "Missed connection from PEK to XIY due to delayed arrival and early departure. From XIY to PEK, booked and confirmed 11 departure, changed to 12:30 without notification or explaination. Rushed connections at PEK, pretty much ran from the minute left plan to another terminal, through custom, through all the health check points, security check. Just keep the fights on time and keep the original schedules, not arbitrarily change them."

I was sitting in the first row business class and the air hostess skipped me and didn’t give me a slipper. She gave me a used slipper at the end only without a packet. This is unprofessional to treat a business class passenger"

For Travelers with babies, if they can be supported by allowing to carry the Baby stroller upto the Airplane gate, and not submit at the Check-In counter. it will be very convenient. Thankyou.

I didn’t even fly on it can I get my refund

Pros: "The overall timeliness- although we were delayed boarding. We arrived on time."
Cons: "At least an offer of a free beverage? Water at a minimum."
Pros: "Have flown Peach before so knew what to expect. That made seat assignments and baggage handling painless. If you have not flown them before, their 7 kg cabin baggage limit is enforced in Osaka. Be forwarned and be prepared to pay extra baggage fees."

My two luggage issue during my trip from kansai osaka to Shanghai. 1st booked tickets online, a iliitle hard time to follow all questions when I booked tickets. I haven't selected 2 luggage so that Spring Airline of osaka crew charged $181 US Dollar with my 2 luggage fee. Also, crew member mentioned I maybe be able to get money some back because I should got differe rate, the rate of luggage should was matched with tickets I ordered from edreams. I did try to access edream at the day I was changing my boarding pass. Therefore, I hope Kayak if can help me getting some my luggage fees back, I will appreciate a lot. Thank you, Jie egusa

This is a terrible airline. Worst seats I’ve ever encountered. Avoid at all costs!

Cons: "I have a small carry on bag. They said it was too large and I had to check it. They measured it and said my wheels would be outside the allowed length. So they insisted I check my 8kg bag and charged me $50. I have used this bag many times on Spring and other airlines without issue. It's small. Very sneaky by them."
