Nothing.

The staff is very arrogant and only looks for ways to make money rather than providing information and helping. NO COURTESY AT ALL. They made me miss my flight and managed to blame it on me despite my being there 1:30 ahead. I’ll never recommend them.

they were more or less on time on arrivals and departures. the crew was courteous, though difficult to understand at times.

the Airbus planes were terribly uncomfortable, old and showing their wear. They lacked entertainment, so handed out Ipads. The food was inedible in most cases.

The flight attendants were all in their mid-twenties to early thirties, immaculately coiffed, had beautifully applied makeup and tailored uniforms and were very attentive. Like it used to be in the good old days of travel in the U.S.

As always, leg room was at a premium.

ANA did a great job of keeping customers informed about every detail regarding the delays we experienced with the flight. ANA did a great job of finding me a new flight when delays caused by the ground crew caused me to miss a connecting flight.

Their flights are often delayed, you can safely assume you will leave at least 30 minutes past the scheduled departure time. On the plane you will get nothing but a seat so don't expect anything else.

Airline provided rooms and a good breakfast before our rescheduled flight. Had personal service by KAL personnel in re-routing our luggage. KAL personnel always told us the truth about our situation.

Flight was cancelled and rescheduled through Taipei with another airline 12 hours later.

"Sorry, we're sold out of that." This was on the way to Hong Kong, where they may load up on some of the catering items, but not on the duty free. Strange for an LCC to be so low on inventory, which is a huge part of their revenues. My other gripe is that the only source of water in the holding area at Okinawa's LCC terminal was, like the flight afterward turned out to be: sold out. Oh, and they split the two of us up upon checking in (two hours prior to the flight) by seating us on opposite sides of the plane. I can't believe the entire rest of the plane paid for confirmed seats and left only single seats. Like AirAsia, Peach has Navitaire's reservation system, and apparently, like AirAsia, Peach intentionally splits groups up in the hopes that they will pay to sit together. If this is the case, it is wrong. I agree with LCCs' notion that baggage is a service, for example (at least seven people handle a bag on a nonstop flight), or selling food rather than giving it away. But it is really low to intentionally cause discomfort and then charge to relieve it.

You mean the flight that never happened? The one that was suppose to fly out at 12:50 on 1/6/18 delayed until 17:25 (with acceptable communication the first delay) but then later delayed till 00:10 after I’ve already arrived at the airport early for the 17:25 departure. The screens with arrivals and departures posted that Checkin was open but there was no JAL staff to answer questions. Then getting an update “maybe” the 00:10 flight is cancelled? What is maybe cancelled and JALs phone messege still said the flight would depart at 00:10. So I go back to JFK because after all “maybe” isnt a definitive and according to all the direct JAL sources the flight is suppose to depart, I get to JFK the second time only to be given a printout saying the flight is cancelled with no rebooking, and to call for assistance. The same number is been calling for hours trying to get answers. coukdnt reschedules because I’m calling outside of business hours! I spent $200 on cab rides going back and forth to JFK to go nowhere, get no apology, no new flight booking, and no reimbursement for transportation.

1) when my flight was delayed significantly due to weather, I was not notified until I got to the airport 2) when the same flight was cancelled, I was on hold with JAL for over an hour before I could speak with customer service\ 3) customer service could not rebook me for another flight until 3 whole days later 4) I had to look on JAL's website and inform their customer service about flight options that were somewhat sooner 5) no compensation was offered for 2 days of delays and flying out of another city (I paid for my own transport to this other city in order to make my final destination on time)

Usually flying peach means saving big money. My trip really only saved me around 15%, had I known I'd be flying out of the cargo terminal on both sides and have to endure multiple packed bus trip on top of the most uncomfortable airplane seating I've ever had I would surely have paid the extra and will do so in the future.

crew very helpful from check in to deplane..i would suggest when arranging seat for couples or mother abd child make sure its to gether at first check in not later at another airport which was fine they did in manila..but from chicago they cant do it have to wait in japan and almost not done

First, I did an online check-in and was able to secure a seat for the first leg of the flight, but was able to get any information on my second leg. So when I arrived at the Thai Airways counter to load in my bags I asked the Thai Airways representative about the missing information. His response was that he could not get into the ANA system and that I have to go to the ANA counter to ask for that information. Given that my layover in Narita was only about 45mins landing to going to the gate, I was not comfortable with not knowing if I would be on that flight or not. The Thai Airways representation at the boarding counter did help me a bit and got in touch with a guide in Narita to help me get my luggages and get to gate properly. I wanted to note that we did not arrive in Narita on time due to the high air traffic so the plane had to circle around for 15 mins. When we finally landed I had about 15 mins to get through the custom and ran to my gate. When I received my ticket I was shocked that I got a middle seat on a 13 hours flight! If I have known this earlier I would have paid for a better seat, but since I was not able to check-in online and didn't receive any info about this flight prior to boarding I was not allowed to change on this full flight. In addition, the plane ride was awful. The food was disgusting and the seat was very uncomfortable. The seat did not even recline back! I don't expect much from a short distance flight but for a 13 hour long flight, I at least expect the seat to be slightly better than sitting on a rock against a brick wall. All in all, this was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I went through. The stress and the discomfort on the plane was an experience that no one should ever feel while traveling. customer service spoke English

1) when my flight was delayed significantly due to weather, I was not notified until I got to the airport 2) when the same flight was cancelled, I was on hold with JAL for over an hour before I could speak with customer service\ 3) customer service could not rebook me for another flight until 3 whole days later 4) I had to look on JAL's website and inform their customer service about flight options that were somewhat sooner 5) no compensation was offered for 2 days of delays and flying out of another city (I paid for my own transport to this other city in order to make my final destination on time)

You mean the flight that never happened? The one that was suppose to fly out at 12:50 on 1/6/18 delayed until 17:25 (with acceptable communication the first delay) but then later delayed till 00:10 after I’ve already arrived at the airport early for the 17:25 departure. The screens with arrivals and departures posted that Checkin was open but there was no JAL staff to answer questions. Then getting an update “maybe” the 00:10 flight is cancelled? What is maybe cancelled and JALs phone messege still said the flight would depart at 00:10. So I go back to JFK because after all “maybe” isnt a definitive and according to all the direct JAL sources the flight is suppose to depart, I get to JFK the second time only to be given a printout saying the flight is cancelled with no rebooking, and to call for assistance. The same number is been calling for hours trying to get answers. coukdnt reschedules because I’m calling outside of business hours! I spent $200 on cab rides going back and forth to JFK to go nowhere, get no apology, no new flight booking, and no reimbursement for transportation.

The staff is very arrogant and only looks for ways to make money rather than providing information and helping. NO COURTESY AT ALL. They made me miss my flight and managed to blame it on me despite my being there 1:30 ahead. I’ll never recommend them.

"We'd like to buy the noodles." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." "We'd like to buy some grape soda." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." "I'd like to buy a model airplane." "Sorry, we're sold out of that." This was on the way to Hong Kong, where they may load up on some of the catering items, but not on the duty free. Strange for an LCC to be so low on inventory, which is a huge part of their revenues. My other gripe is that the only source of water in the holding area at Okinawa's LCC terminal was, like the flight afterward turned out to be: sold out. Oh, and they split the two of us up upon checking in (two hours prior to the flight) by seating us on opposite sides of the plane. I can't believe the entire rest of the plane paid for confirmed seats and left only single seats. Like AirAsia, Peach has Navitaire's reservation system, and apparently, like AirAsia, Peach intentionally splits groups up in the hopes that they will pay to sit together. If this is the case, it is wrong. I agree with LCCs' notion that baggage is a service, for example (at least seven people handle a bag on a nonstop flight), or selling food rather than giving it away. But it is really low to intentionally cause discomfort and then charge to relieve it.

First, I did an online check-in and was able to secure a seat for the first leg of the flight, but was able to get any information on my second leg. So when I arrived at the Thai Airways counter to load in my bags I asked the Thai Airways representative about the missing information. His response was that he could not get into the ANA system and that I have to go to the ANA counter to ask for that information. Given that my layover in Narita was only about 45mins landing to going to the gate, I was not comfortable with not knowing if I would be on that flight or not. The Thai Airways representation at the boarding counter did help me a bit and got in touch with a guide in Narita to help me get my luggages and get to gate properly. I wanted to note that we did not arrive in Narita on time due to the high air traffic so the plane had to circle around for 15 mins. When we finally landed I had about 15 mins to get through the custom and ran to my gate. When I received my ticket I was shocked that I got a middle seat on a 13 hours flight! If I have known this earlier I would have paid for a better seat, but since I was not able to check-in online and didn't receive any info about this flight prior to boarding I was not allowed to change on this full flight. In addition, the plane ride was awful. The food was disgusting and the seat was very uncomfortable. The seat did not even recline back! ANA did a great job of keeping customers informed about every detail regarding the delays we experienced with the flight. ANA did a great job of finding me a new flight when delays caused by the ground crew caused me to miss a connecting flight.

crew very helpful from check in to deplane..i would suggest when arranging seat for couples or mother abd child make sure its to gether at first check in not later at another airport which was fine they did in manila..but from chicago they cant do it have to wait in japan and almost not done
