One part Paris. One Part New York. One of America's Best 100 Wine Restaurants, here in the heart of TriBeCa. Taking its cue from Parisian bars à vins, Racines NY goes a step further in the spirit of a world-class wine restaurant. Executive Chef Diego Moya's menu can neither be described as particularly French, nor particularly American. Here there is a strong focus on being vegetable forward, and working with local and sustainable farms, ranches, and fisheries. Featuring about a dozen small plates, a handful of entrées for one and a couple for two, Racines NY offers a flexible dining experience. Guests are strongly encouraged to order “pour la table,” but more than welcome to order individually à la carte. Organic, biodynamic, natural vinifications, and small estates. These are the hallmarks of the Wine List, 2800 bottles deep, which is French-centric but global, curated by Arnaud Tronche and Master Sommelier Pascaline Lepeltier. Over 20 selections by-the-glass doesn’t hurt either.
