No one can use the restroom since over 90 minutes ago. Plane is still hot and many very dissatisfied. Southwest needs to get its act together in these kinds of situations so people know what to expect."

Now that they are just as expensive as anyone else and often more expensive, this bare bones, no frills, cattle parade boarding is just not cutting it. SWA is always the last airline I check for any flight now."

The report must be filled out and sent to Seattle for review. We were told by the air crew this would take a few more minutes. It took over almost an hour and a half. Screaming babies and a FULL plane. We finally changed planes to the other end of the Terminal. I got no sleep and missed a very special Labor Day Holiday with my daughter because I am sleeping now. I dont understand how your own ground crew can damage your plane and it take so long for you to decide to change planes AFTER BOARDING A FULL PLANE!?!?"

Went we arrive to San Francisco airport they delay fly for 3 hrs I have a hotel in NY to sleep for 5 hrs before I pick up rental car and start to drive to my next trip . I lost my hotel reservation, again only one time they offer drinks and food was not good in airplane ."

The seat was also super uncomfortable and the back of the cushion was rolling forward, which made it hard to sit for that long. we also didn’t have a gate when we landed so that added on an extra 30minutes. Not enough overhead space, and cabin crew wasn’t helpful in finding space. Flight 30 minutes late, but probably not JetBlue‘s fault."

He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird."

Cons: "If AA could fix its luggage handling process that would be great. BOTH (!) of my bags have been lost on this flight. Both have been eventually located, recovered and delivered to me, but experience was not pleasant this time."

Cons: "I was apparently "flagged" by British Airways for extra security checks. As I understood it in London, I was randomly selected for this security check. This then apparently meant that I was to be flagged for all subsequent flights. This meant that in Chicago, after going through two other security checks that day (Zurich and London) and completing customs, I had to engage in a full Homeland security check. This involved removing protective covers from my laptop and phone that were hard to get off (not meant to be taken off regularly) and a full body search that I did not have to do in London. After many hours of traveling, this was very a frustrating experience."
Pros: "Easy check in and Boarding"
Cons: "It was not clear that I needed a different 6 letter code to checkin using the AA website. I finally got frustrated and called AA only to find out the code was different. The codes should have been the same or you should have referenced it on the website when I tried to check in"
Cons: "On my first flight from SLC to ORD I asked 3 different American Airlines employees if I needed to pay for my carryon before I got on the plane. They all said no. I got on the plane, put my carryon under the seat in front of me and everything was great. I landed in Chicago, got to my gate, went to board and this very rude employee stopped me after I scanned my ticket and told me I couldn’t board with my bag. The EXACT bag I had boarded with in SLC. After harshly grabbing my bag and putting it in the carryon basket to check for size, she wouldn’t let me pass by her into the boarding bridge and told me I was going to have to pay. I tried explaining that I had asked I’m SLC if I needed to check it and they had all said no and that it fit under my seat. She said, “I don’t care what they said in SL, this is what I’m saying here.” And directed me to the front desk where I had to pay $50!! $50 for a carryon backpack that fit under my seat comfortably 20 minutes before!! Without saying a word (cause I didn’t want to yell at the poor girl behind the desk) I paid the $50 and proceeded to enter the bridge but before I passed through, the rude woman said, “have a nice flight ma’am” and scoffed!! An audible scoff. So I’m short, I hate American Airlines and I will do my BEST to not have to fly with them in the future."

Cons: "It was late going to Chicago and late returning to NYC. There were no crackers. I don't like pretzels. The ONLY reason I flew American is because my company paid for it. I absolutely hate LaGuardia. It has a bad spirit."

Cons: "Beginning about 5.5 hours prior to departure I started getting text and email alerts indicating a sixty minute delay. Then thirty minute delay. Then sixty. Then none. I had to decide whether ir not to believe the alerts, get some things done and change my airport departure time .... or to disregard the alerts. Flight ended up leaving on time. Why the alerts??"

Cons: "Luggage did not make the transfer on time (Chicago-Charlotte after Tokyo), although they had about 45 minutes to load it. Do not buy an international ticket with less than 1.5 hours transfer time. (It took 45 minutes to get through customs/immigration and retrieve luggage for transfer."

Cons: "Flight from ORD to LGA delayed even though the plane was already at the gate in ORD. No announcement explaining why it was delayed. What was worse was that after landing at LGA, baggage tagged as Priority did not come out first, it came out much later - after numerous non-priority baggage came out. This is not the first time this has happened at LGA. What's the point of tagging it as Priority if it won't be handled that way?"

Traveling with my elderly dad who had to squeeze between two large men for 7 hours because people who actually booked the airline got priority seating. We had to pay an extra $500 to upgrade to comfortable seats. Not pleased w Kayak."

Cons: "After madly rushing to get to the gate, we found out 5 minutes before scheduled boarding time that there would be a 15 minute delay in boarding. After that, we were told there would be another 30 minute delay. Once we were on board and the cabin doors were closed we were told there would be another 55 minute delay. Also, LGA is such a mess these days due to construction and would have been nice to get an email notification beforehand about it. We barely made our outgoing flight!"
Pros: "The crew were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made the negatives about the flight much more bearably be their excellence service whether during boarding, in flight, or after landing."
Cons: "I booked the flight originally through british airways and expected your standard, modern plane for cross atlantic travel. Boarding to find myself on a 767 designed (and likely built) in the 80s was rather disappointing."

Pros: "A short flight that was even shorter because we arrived early. Luggage arrived promptly at Baggage Claim, too. American has flights between Chicago and New York practically every hour, which is very convenient. They might as well have a shuttle. Gate staff and flight attendants friendly and helpful. Love the upgraded individual consoles for the entertainment."

Cons: "No food! except pretzels and sandwiches for purchase. I didn't purchase a sandwich but on the outbound flight, the two guys next to me did and were both vocal about their disappointment with what they received for $9. And they were strangers who didn't talk to each other the rest of the time, so I think they meant it. Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using on-board Wifi, as well as 2 TV shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me."
