It was delayed for about 9hrs... I was supposed to catch up with my friend, but I could not make it.. Although Frontier staff offered me vouchers for food ($15) and the future flight ($200), still it was really disappointing.

Seats don't recline, everything is an extra charge (was not notified that selecting a seat or having a carry on was an extra charge when I booked via Kayak, added 100 dollars total to my round trip - misleading), no tvs.

Return to terminal required a bus and then off loading like cattle for sale. Came in through maintenance area. One hour from landing to baggage claim. Terrible!

So first scheduled flight canceled., I broke land speed records and paid an additional 50 dollars to get booked on an earlier leaving flight. Boom it was cancelled as well. I'm attempting to fly out at creak of dawn today! Still not home! United had alot of work to do! !!!!!

I didn't like not having access to the Internet unless u payed an extra fee. After paying the fee the Internet speed was extremely slow and not very reliable.

I read that everything was ala carte on Spirit Airlines, so I knew to pay for my bag online and carry on only the size allowed for free. The boarding and flight was very smooth. There are kiosks at the airport to print your boarding pass which also saves you money.

I didn't understand how to pay for a beverage/snack while on board the plane. Wish that something that inexpensive would be offered without charge!

Good timely boarding. Comfortable seats .... first row

Being in the first row. Three male crew members talked and laughed loudly the entire flight. Woke my wife and myself three different times. One totaled his car and another made 20.00 an hour. The other was discussing a woman. I’ve flow over 300 flights never experienced anything like that. Totally unprofessional.

I got home. That's the highlight. We didn't have any incidents.

Took off late because the bus to transport flight attendants were late. Backed up once into New York. Had to circle several times. Once landed we waited in a queue behind 10 aircraft.

Cabin crew were great. Food selection is good and appreciate the snacks.

Wish all seats and electrical outlets. Was forced to check my bag at the gate and DID NOT think it was nessesary. There was plenty of room on the plane. They also didn't allow me to take my medicine out before it was checked. Luckily there were no issues with getting it back.

Loved the new aircrafts, the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. We landed 40 mins earlier than expected, the captain really sped the whole way and I didn't feel a thing!! The landing didn't even feel as though we were speeding...one of the best flights I've ever had (Jessica England) thank you!

Food options, early morning flights I get you're not going to have real food, but can there be an option to purchase a bagel with cream cheese or croissant, something other than a snack box. I understand the flight is under 3 hours so certain foods aren't available but Delta you upgraded everything else. I enjoy the Tapas box for those that are vegan, kosher, gluten free, etc....PS-the bathrooms are smaller

The crew was lovely. Really nice, and did a wonderful job with the cart service.

We ended up being deleyed about 30 minutes, in damp weather. It's not like it was snowing. Not sure why it took so long. B/c of baggage charges now everyone brings a carry on. This seems to slow the process of boarding as know passengers are asked multiple times to check baggage (for free, which is the one nice thing) before boarding b/c the overheads will be too full. Group 6 which I was in seemed like it was just the rest of the plane. Super busy, took me forever to get to my seat all the way in the back. Why don't airlines reverse board? People sitting in the back should board first. I feel like this would save so much time.

Completely full plane. Ridiculously tight seat pitch. Overhead bins full. 45-minute delay for a dead-heading flight crew. Long wait for checked baggage. No beverage service because of turbulence. Flight crew out of position is a management problem, don't make it an inconvenience for a 737 full of paying passengers!

I liked having the built in screen on the a321. Americans streaming service has lots to offer but the built in screens have more choices. I get why they want to just offer the streaming but I appreciate all the choices! There was a group number enforcer at the gate to make boarding more organized! She was polite but told the mobs that try to use the premium line to wait their turn.

I asked for upgrades to and from Chicago. I’m a gold member and fly for leisure fairly often. There are so many people looking for an upgrade these days that you’re rarely getting the opportunity

I know Hawaii is a domestic flight but offering a cookie and a bag of pretzels on an 11 hour flight is ridiculous. There was something wrong with screen at my seat. They tried fixing it but no luck. It was very frustrating. The second leg of my journey was from D.C. To Newark. A "puddle jumper "that you disembark from onto the tarmac, get to wait in the rain while they unload you "carry on" luggage from the back of the plane. Herd you onto a bus yelling at you" if your going to gate C this bus going to gate A that bus".No one to ask "how do I know what gate I am supposed to go to?". They definitely treated"commuter "passengers like sheep. "Thank You For Flying With United "blah blah blah

The short lines for boarding, but then again these were small flights. The flights taking off early when all passengers were boarded. The flights arriving much earlier than scheduled.

The basic economy flight is bullshit. We both know that it's better to just buy an economic flight. So why even pretend and lie to customers to precast the basic economy flight knowing full well that's just going to force them to have to check in their bags which end up costing more than an economic flight? Why not just offer the regular economy flight price and leave it at that. If the overhead bins are full, offer the passengers a chance to check in their bags for free. What you're doing is preying on the poor who already do not have much which is why they choose the basic economy flight without realizing the full extent of the set up.

We were traveling with a 4 month old lap infant, and the crew went out of their way to warm bottles and be friendly in general. The plane was clean and comfortable, and on this leg of our trip the entertainment system actually worked!

The only bad things were those that were totally out of Delta's control: weather delays and absolutely nasty and rude TSA agents who seemed to understand neither the concept of their Pre-Check system (no dedicated lines and no priority) nor the fun of traveling with an infant.

The crew was very polite

Anything but water was for extra. We weren't even offered a small snack for the price of the flight. My flight was changed three times and it was very cramped. They said there would be entertainment, but it cost as much as a movie ticket.

Decent leg room. Wonderful to do the flight non-stop from NYC to Delhi.

United. September 14 Newark to Delhi Premium Economy Entertainment screen didn't work for 1st hour of the flight. the movie list was mediocre at best. The screen was smeared with some substance. The list of movies on the United entertainment app is great (via internet) but connectivity on this type of flight is spotty so the traveler is forced back to the antique screen plane system. Dinner. Butter chicken or vegetable options. Food was bland and very small portions for the length of flight. The snack was delivered immediately after dinner was picked up. I did not open it. Looked like a hard roll with something on it. Style of service is abrupt, bordering on rude. Uses terminology that non-US travelers from different cultures would not understand, for instance do you want "white" coffee. Asked me if I had someone at home to pick up after me as she felt she was cleaning too much off the floor. Her comments appeared to be directed at me but it was not my trash (and even if it was, a better approach would be recommended). The flight attendant realized she had gone too far and apologized. Then complained about this "route" being difficult, with no one listening. She concluded by wishing me a good flight and saying that she hoped that she had not offended me. I assured her that she had. Breakfast was mediocre. Egg with soggy potatoes and an inedible sausage. Did not see what they were offering in the veggie dish. Staff seems tired and not culturally sensitive. There needs to be some retraining and consideration given to long haul menus and entertainment. I take this flight at least once a year. It continues to deteriorate.

By mistake I booked my ticket for the wrong date Called to change it, wait time was over 2hrs went to the delta app and it cost me $200 to do it. Get to airport and ask for an up grade not possible but if I paid $200 when rebooking the flight I could have gotten one. Snacks were horrible and I have a delta card and was charged $29 to get in plus a charge for my extra suitcase. It’s ridiculous given the amount of money I spend on m card on the monthly basis. Very disappointing
