For our guests at KAYAK Miami Beach, health and safety are our top priority. We’ve been monitoring CDC and WHO guidance, as well as that of local authorities, to best serve our community of guests and staff.
Here’s how we’ve amplified our practices to help you have a safe and comfortable stay:
- Deep-cleaning all guestrooms, lobbies, public spaces and high-touch surfaces with EPA-approved disinfectants.
- Requiring face coverings in all public areas and by all staff members.
- Checking staff temperatures daily.
- Removing our printed guestbook in favor of a digital one. (Download our app to get it!)
- Removing pens, glasses and notepads from our guest rooms.
- Reducing in-room housekeeping by making it upon request.
- Continuing in-room dining services from Layla upon request.
