When you stay more than one night, you have to request if you want your room to be cleaned and if you need towels to be replaced, also if you need more shampoo, coffee capsules, or anything else. Otherwise nothing will be done in the room

Cons (-) Smelled like greasy food. Run down hotel.

Pros (+) View was great.
Cons (-) Turned out that Friday night was a party night for a room near us. Loud and drunk young folks. Had to call security and police to get them under control. Room was not really cleaned each day, just a few things done. Chairs not comfortable, not enough electric outlets. No extra blankets in the room. Bed not comfortable.

Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Pool area was well maintained and covered by Aaron. The restaurant was a big surprise - usually do not expect hotels to serve food as good as we got there.
Cons (-) Nothing - perfect for a guys weekend.

Kristina, Jul 2016
Pros (+) The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the old town shops and restaurants. The pool was very nice and all of the indoor and outdoor decor was beatiful. The room and bathroom were surprisingly larger than expected. The staff were very helpful and accomdating
Cons (-) There was construction going on right next to the hotel that was fairly loud and started relatively early that woke me up.

Poor
Anonymous, Jul 2016
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Very unattentive front desk. Asked for suggestions for dining in the area and got blank stares. Called front desk about fighting in the hallway at 2am and the yelling and screaming continued for over an hour.
