My brother's room was infested with cockroaches in the kitchenette drawers and the stainless steel sink. My niece stepped in one with her bear feet. The bathtub was not clean and the House Man had to come in to clean out the black sludge.I will never stay at the Embassy Suites, in Arcadia again. The table in the common room was broken, the Sofabed could not be opened so had to call the Front Office for assistance. The evening Manager's Reception was nothing to be advertised about in their website. Very disappointing.
The location is excellent, right off the 210. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Self parking is free.
Great value. Breakfast was good.
The maxi pad stuck to the back of our door and stained wash rag. The hotel is a little dated but overall pretty clean otherwise.I would not stay here again. Too many other choices. I would have rated it a 2 1/2 star. Not pleased with this Priceline experience.
Friendly staff were very helpful. Good place for a reunion.
Not well prepared for larger weekend breakfast crowd, ran out of cups, plates and trays.
The meals were excellent. Its an older hotel but is well kept.
The free breakfast and the suite rooms. The bed and pillows were great as well. In the past, the pillows were often very stiff and uncomfortable. This time, they were perfect.
The one elevator did not seem to be working when we were there, so it took a little longer to get off our floor. We have stayed at this hotel when visiting the area for over 25 years. Although it is somewhat dated, it is clean and the staff has always been excellent. We enjoy the free breakfast and the suites for extra room at a very competitive price.
Parking was ok at this hotel
my stay was very very poor at this hotel. from cockroaches to dirty carpets to doors that didnt close, sheet that had full rips in them. I have emailed the manager as i was told for a full refund and still have not gotten a response from themmy stay was very very poor at this hotel. from cockroaches to dirty carpets to doors that didnt close, sheet that had full rips in them. The staff was great and so was the breakfast and pool area.
We could not control our own air, even though there was a thermometer in the room.Overall we were very happy here. They should consider fixing the air situation.
There was nothing good about this hotel. On the first night AC went off, and we got a fan after a long time to sleep. Breakfast was the only good thing.
In general rooms were very old, and AC didnt work properly most of the days. I am never going to stay in Embassy suites.
Of course the classic Embassy Suites room floor plan. Wonderful balcony sliding door with afternoon sun.
Deferred deep cleaning. Carpet outside of bathroom was dark, and sticky. Room just felt overly worn, and did not feel comfortable knowing what dust might exist in corners. Shower water temp inconsistent with neighbor toilet flushes, etc.Stayed in room 331 -Hotel feels worn, especially rooms. -Breakfast area small, and was always about 90% full of guests -Hot breakfast area suspicious of giving us cramps -House keeping not particularly friendly or courteous. -Demographics of guests included those who viewed Embassy Suites as a luxury hotel, and not the business hotel that it should be. -Elevators are extremely slow, and stairs are not readily accessible. Enter elevator area through the center of the atrium. Look at all 4 elevators to assess which one to call. Would stay here again if under xxx/night.
