Cons. We awoke about 3:30-4:00am to an EXTREMELY strong smell of marijuana...ugh..it literally was coming into the room through the door base and upon opening the door...the hallway was saturated. We had to put damp bath towels under the door to alleviate the odor. Also, my daughter called the room a couple of times from her work to only be addressed by a snarky hotel operator...otherwise a great stay...on a “high” note, I did mention my concerns to the front desk at check out and was addressed sincerely with a promise to investigate the matter.....many thanks...

Pros. I love staying at the Grand Hyatt ! The staff always remembers us and are always so helpful, the food is great, they have a very nice bar area that we enjoy coming to after dinner, and once you get there you really don't have to get back in your car because the driver can take you most places!! A great place to stay for a weekend!

After a late arrival, I was awoken at 07:00 the next day to jack hammering and drilling from the room next door, which continued until I complained at 08:00 (front desk did not appear to be aware, needed to contact engineering). Room service forgot to include bring one of the items that was ordered and itemized on the bill until after I pointed it out that the item was missing.
Cons. I know this is silly, but the late night room service menu is lacking for good snacks and included mostly salads and sandwiches. Not exactly what most people would look for on a late night menu! Parking is expensive and wifi is only free for 24 hours.
