Really enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom apartment. Beautiful view and very close to the centre of the city (literally 1-3minute walk).
It would have been nice if there were more than 2 small pots in an apartment for 4 people. Also some a grill tray would have come in handy but we managed none the less.
Central and clean would stay again next time we go to Edinburgh.
i paid for one bedroom appt but recieved studio.it was my wifes birthday treat and was really dissappointed
every thing was so good and I'd like the rooms and the facility in the hotel.
Location, the personnel was very helpful and polite.
Loved the central location of the apartments-so handy for shopping, sightseeing and amenities.
Excellent response from staff to our queries/issues Plenty of Space
House keeping staff need to be trained with an "eye for detail". Eg four guests and only two drinking glasses provided in kitchen. No bread/chopping board provided.
Bedrooms were very modern with beautiful large windows and lots of natural light. Very clean and spotless with all modern facilities required under one roof. Centre of Edinburgh, walking distance to the places we needed to get to - restaurant, pubs and clubs.
No bad points! Fabulous place just a shame there was no built-in restaurant, although there are lots of places nearby to eat.
It was a well located, good place to stay with a teenager. The place was stylish and functional. Kitchen was excellent as was the audio visual equipment. The bathroom was good with a nice deep bath but the shower could have done with a bit more oomph!
A curly edged rug was a trip hazard and the place was not air conditioned so very warm (it was an unusually hot weekend!). Lack of dressing table in either bedroom made hair drying/makeup a bit difficult.
The proximity to the centre of Edinburgh. The modern, spotless facilities and the quiet atmosphere even though it is in the centre. The 24 hour concierge.
