I was able to prepare meals for myself.
Room was musty and damp. The entire place reeked of smoke. People were smoking in the stairway and nothing was done. The smoke detectors in the entire facility went off at 4:00 a.m. because of it. I was there for 8 days and housekeeping never came once.
very friendly and helpful staff
the free breakfast is only granola bars and oatmeal which are satisfying to me but its not a hot brkfst
Liked the location
The location and the friendly people
Excellent Stay! Very close to great restaurants and shopping. Very nicely priced for hotel with kitchenette. It was wonderful to have a full size refrigerator & kitchen for my week-long stay. Hotel employee at front desk was an Angel! V
Dog Friendly Hotel - so some challenges with barking dogs (out of hotel staff control.) People, mind your dogs!
TV channel selection
The front desk people were always nice.
I did like that they only had maid service on Saturday.
Good value for money
The staff wasn't friendly, couldn't be bothered to come to the desk. The staff couldn't even find a listing for the TV channels provided in the rooms. I did not feel safe in the area or around the other guests
Handy to work site.
Not the best kept or up to date of this chain.
I loved tht it had pretty much a full kitchen. I'd definitely tell anyone to stay at an Extended Stay America Hotel.
I didn't like that it didn't have an oven or even a toaster oven so you could make something that requires baking like a pan of brownies or even a frozen pizza. Also the bed was pretty hard.
The staff is very helpful and friendly
The smell of smoke.
Very nice hotel for the price. Better than other 2 star in area. Convenient to worksite. Near shopping and places to eat.
The location was perfect. I was visiting my son ...and attending my future daughter in law's bridal shower ~ and the houses were only a few miles away from the hotel. Perfect, or even good, ends there.
Check in Fine /pleasant,quick, efficient. Opened door to our ( non smoking room ) and was overcome by stale smoke. Room was not made up. Plugged in vacuum in middle of floor, beds unmade, one blood stained/ huge beetle bug on bed ! not enough characters
The breakfast was just snacks and the location was hard to find
the cleanliness and how it was close to other stores
The limited channels
Its near my work place.
There was no pots and pans to use for cookinh even though there was a kitchen area.
(Hotel employee) at the front desk was excellent! The hotel was beautiful and taken care of but it needs a scent. Everything was great and staff made it even better.
The location was perfect.
My linen didn't smell fresh and my room seemed alittle unclean when I walked in.
This hotel used to have fully furnished kitchenettes. Now the furnishings are optional, and the staff can't find them when you choose the option. This is the only reason I chose this hotel as several better ones are available for less without the kitchen
The front desk staff
There was an intoxicated guest who was very loud almost my entire night there.
room was clean and spacious
The bed was suppose to be a queen but was more like a FULL! I'm over 6 foot tall and the bed accomodations SUCK! also check bed for bedbugs and mattress so light almost flew across the room. no privacy curtains to enjoy sunlight
Got a great deal at the last minute due to travel changes. Good location close to business and retail district of Glen Burnie, MD
Yes a staff member stole my nook. Roaches in the tube the room smelled.
promised double bed, only got single bed. Very bad service.
Room was very nice and the appliances available were very accomodating.
The customer service was terrible. Staff had no idea what they were doing in regards to check in procedures. Staff was new and I found it odd they would have him there at night working alone if that were the case. Very inconvenient and time consuming.
Room although was supposed to be non smoking smelt terrible, put a/c on the smoke smell got worse.
I have been here for 3 weeks and will be staying for another 7 weeks while I transition into housing. It's a wonderful place to stay. The staff (front desk, cleaning and maintenance) is very courteous and helpful from getting change to helping with extra things during your stay. The room is great, very spacious and everything works well. Flat screen tv is nice and they allow big dogs which is a plus for me at only $150 for your entire stay (for me staying 2.5 mos is a plus) Only things that would have made this place perfect is a small fitness room and an indoor pool which seems common for most hotels. But is just fine without it since fitness centers are pretty cheap in the area. The same guy Mark M talked about knocked on my door, called my room asking for money. So just don't give your number out or give money to strangers and you'll be fine :-) a 24 hour Walmart and other stores are really close by and it's conveniently located right near route 10. Very nicely maintained grounds with a couple picnic tables and lots of flowers and flowering trees. I would highly recommend this place if you're staying for short or long term.
I was put in a smoking room that really smelled of smoke. Also, there was supposed to be breakfast but there wasn't.
Kitchen. To go breakfast as part of the price
The price was high relative to the quality
non smoking rooms unavailable. Upgrade fee for twin beds was almost equal to base price.
First time in an Extended Stay. Mattresses were AWFUL. The pillows just as bad (lumpy!) The room was sorta clean. A lot of visible dust. And the bathroom trash can was not emptied.
