Pros (+) Location was not bad.
Cons (-) It was dirty. Owner's son was very nice and helpful, but owner was rude and not accommodating.

Pros (+) I only stayed for a night, but this was possibly the best budget hotel I've stayed in. Nothing groundbreaking, but there were many little things that this hotel does better than other budget hotels, like ease of checking in, helpfulness of staff, quality of in-room furniture, presence of in-room min-fridge and microwave, size of flat-screen TV, etc, etc. Overall, I was very satisfied for the night...
