Fares range from $10 to $23 for one way travel. London's Piccadilly subway lines run directly from all terminals at Heathrow into the heart of London. The subways run ever 10 minutes and take approximately an hour to reach London. A number of stops are made along the way. Travelers under the age of 11 travel for free, while adults pay $8 or less. Airport ShuttlesThere are airport shuttles to take passengers to the parking areas. Additionally, there are shuttle buses that will take passengers to their hotel. Shuttles to the garages are free. The hotel shuttles may charge a fee depending on the hotel involved. Limousine ServicesLimousine transportation is available through a number of private companies. Passengers should look online for the best rates. The limousine companies need to know arrival and/or departure times so that they can plan accordingly.
