The hotel was very clean and located very close to thestrip. There are two bars across the street but you do not hear anything once inside. Staff are incredibly polite and parking, although not included, was affordable. Perfect hotel for a family or couple at an affordable price
Although i would recomend the hotel, our fridge was barely cold enough to mildly chill a bottle of wine, and the settings knob not surprisingly missing. The other fault was air conditioning unit unable to keep up with the 85+ weather outside. It was a tad warm on our stay
Great location, great value for money, friendly staff
The location is perfect! The hotel is one block from the top of Clifton Hill, with bars and restaurants lining the streets. The falls are about a 10 minute walk and there are various bus routes within a 5 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map and recommendations as to where to eat. It is a clean, comfy, inexpensive option.
The hotel had several doors which said they could only be opened with a room key during the day and were locked between 12 am and 6 pm. This was not the case. I did not feel that the hotel was very secure, and being so close to a number of tourist attractions, this was worrisome. Although there may have been some confusion on our part, the hotel does NOT have an outdoor pool. Finally, although the lobby and main section of the hotel and newly remodeled, the section of the hotel we were in was in the back building, an older section that has not been remodeled. I do not know if this is due to the fact that we booked by a third party site, as the woman at reception pointed out at check in, or if this was just due to the amount of bookings. The newer section of the hotel was substantially updated compared to our area. We had a very old toilet, that actually need housekeeping attention during our stay, an extremely old shower head that did not really get all the shampoo out, and a faulty breaker that tripper while we were getting ready to go out.
Nice room, internet and Refregerator
Breakfast are ok, but no variaty
The convenience to all attractions was the best part of hotel.
The bed not comfortable...looked under and saw plywood on top of boxspring...also breakfast was boring...went out to eat.
location and comfortable beds.
the rooms need more lights, and the bathroom exhaust fan was excessively noisy.
Good location, able to walk to nearly all the desired sites/destinations.
Alot of chlorine in the pool and hot tub!
The closeness to all the activities
The room was a no smoking but it smelt of stale tobacco which didn't go away and there was no windows to open to let air in.
The value. In July it is apparently $700 per night, but for us only $56... and no queues or crowds - brilliant. An excellent hotel.
I prefer tax to be included in price of all hotels. About half of the hotels we stayed in (in a 6 week holiday in England, USA) include tax.
great value hotel, location is great if you wish to stay in the heart of Niagra. All main atractions are within easy walking distance
It was near of all. We don't need of car to visit the street we had a lot of things to visit, and a lot of restaurants. We liked it.
The odours of cigarettes in the room. It was very strong, very pronouncing for the nose.
CLose to everything
