For the amount I paid they had to provide coffee machine in the room like other hotels
The staff was friendly and accomodating
The toilet clogged but sraff came to fix asapA bit of a walk but for a tight family budget was worth it
Location was good and staff friendly. Morning coffee!!!
Bath tub not clean. High water marks around sides. The rest was average. It was average and nothing really notable or not so good. For the most part quiet.
The room was dirty, no hot water the toilet was very dirty, TV only had a couple channels that came in and had no remote for it, the worst hotel/motelI have ever been in.Do Not Book a stay her spend a couple more dollars for a clean stay.
I loved the location of the hotel. It is close to the main tourist areas by the falls. I also felt safe walking back to the hotel late at night. They also provided a microwave and mini refrigerator in the hotel room, which was convenient.
No. It was perfect for its location, neighborhood and convenience.I thought the Scottish Inn was very pleasant and I would stay there again. It was a very reasonable price. The location was perfect, in walking distance of everything. They do not charge for parking either. The staff too was very accommodating and helpful.
The person working the office when we checked in could not do enough to make our visit enjoyable. He even made us coffee at 8:35PM!
NoThe room met my needs....just looking for a place to sleep with AC to get out of the heat/humidity. Not fancy, however clean & comfortable which is what I wanted.
The owners of the hotel are extremely friendly.
n/aThe owners of the hotel are extremely friendly. We showed up with 5 people for 2 rooms and they allowed us to stay with no extra charges (normally its 2 people per room with 1 bed). They also gave us 2 beds in each room for the same price as 1 bed. The hotel is very close to Clifton Hill (where all the main attractions are) as well as less than a mile away from Peace Bridge. The hotel rooms were clean and the heater/ac worked great. Definitely worth the price and I would stay there again!
Staff was very nice and accomodating
The room was small and not the cleanest. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. The shower barely gave you enough water to clean yourself. The carpets we're dirty and the wall needed a good coat of paint. The doors we're hard to open and lock.I guess they say you get what you pay for. Room was cheap enough but probably next time I will pay the extra and get something a little more homey
Staff was very nice, and location was very good.
The room was dirty, carpet looked looked it had never been vacuumed. W had to ask for extra towels several times because ours were still in a pile on the floor from the day before.
