We booked here based on the cost as we were just staying one night while we did other business in the area. The location was good as it was only a 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill and the amusement/restaurant part of Niagara Falls. The room was clean and the staff friendly. though it worked for us, its not a place you want to stay if you expect more for the price. we stayed and slept well.
it could have a had a couple more items in the room, like a washcloth, coffee maker.
Very well located, excellent prices. Warm welcome.
They could not provide to me official invoice. They suggested to contact booking.com to get official invoice. So please send it to me as soon as possible.
It was quilt,It's good walking distance from Niagara Falls.
The first look was not impressive.
close to the attractions
old & next to a factory.
The price was right and it was a good basic room. There was a refrigerator, alarm clock, and a tv, but no remote for the tv that I could find. It was late and we only stayed one night, so I didn't go to see if the office had one. This was a fine hotel for our purposes (grab some sleep so we could get to Buffalo airport early in the morning), and it seemed like there were some longer-term residents there, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything romantic. If we'd stayed more than one night, I would have had to complain about a couple of things. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and I'm sure he would have fixed everything or moved us to a better room if I'd complained.
The room was basically clean (sheets freshly laundered, bathroom clean), but the air conditioning unit had some plaster chunks looking stuff inside the vent and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I was a little nervous that I'd send mold spores through the room turning it on, but I seem to have survived. I didn't open the refrigerator, but the seal at the top of the door was very dirty, hadn't been wiped down. No washcloth in the bathroom (but there were basic toiletries). No tv remote, no coffee maker in the room. Driving in at 10 pm was a little creepy - in the dark, it seems to be an industrial part of town w/ warehouses, but the gps led us right there.
