Pros (+) beauty of the surroundings/views, kids activities, service/smiles, lots of nearby restaurants, great hiking for the whole family. Fireplace rooms are wonderful, especially given the rooms. Super comfy beds. Convenient kitchen/refrigerator. Shower water is soft and dreamy.
Cons (-) high cost for food, drink, hidden fees and taxes, building with rooms looks a bit too futuristic given the surroundings.

Pros (+) The staff were very helpful and made it a breeze to check-in, put skis in the storage area and get settled in our room. It was equally easy leaving although we wish we could have stayed longer!
