Nice that it had a bar.
The room was very humid, despite having air conditioning, and the tub floor was peeling and looked bad so I didn't use it.
It was average.
Fitness room. It's not a fitness room. 2 old treadmills crammed in a tiny space next to an eliptical equally crammed.
Breakfast was ok. The location was good.
Loud air conditioning unit needed repair kept us up all night. The room smells damp and like smoke.
Limited, uncovered parking in front of hotel.
Front desk staff was very welcoming, informative, & overall provided us excellent service!!!
Room didnt have the basic...a microwave.
Fan on the air conditioner was so loud I had to use earplugs to sleep. we had to blast the TV so we could hear it over the noise. I talked to the manager and he said it must be the controller, but he didn't send anyone to fix it in the 2 days we were ther
The first room had a broken toilet, we woke up in our second room with ants on the nightstand and they charged for the hotel breakfast. The alarm did not work. Very little onsite parking and our first room had no number on it.
The staff was very nice, room was very nice, nice view
There was no free breakfast compared to other hotels in the surrounding area and also the parking was around the corner about a block away.
No continental breakfast
Being on the 8th floor was pretty cool looking out over the city. No
Didnt like the parking Dont like having to
It said all room have double capacity when I made reservation but they only had a room with a king sz bed.
The location, cleanliness
It would have been nice to have a micro wave.
cleanliness and staff
there was no parking near hotel. I requested 2 beds and they offered me a room with no air conditioning. I had to sleep on the floor.
Central, convenient location - close to light rail which was nice to get to and from the airport and to downtown. We were there for spring training baseball so it was a nice central location to go from ballpark to ballpark each day.
Our bed had a large sunken area on one side so I slept in a hole each night. The restaurant made the lobby smell like a fast food restaurant every time I walked through, plus there was a water leak coming from the ceiling in the lobby the entire time.
Everything was fine, except noted below.
The parking garage (which is free, so that's good) was a block away on a deserted street. There's an 'adult boutique' next door and the neighborhood's pretty nondescript. And the front circle, where you park to check in, had no room when I arrived.
I liked the quietness, the bed was wonderful. I was a great experience in that i didn't hear any traffic noises the people in the next room. The pool was heated.
Parking was a problem... I didn't know where to park?
Parking was difficult. Garage was located out the back door, around the corner past another hotel which caused security concerns at night.
Overall it was a good time and staff were helpful.
The location was nice for the train.
The 'adult' store across the street was bad, the parking was awkward, the breakfast not being included was also very.lame for a Holiday Inn.
when I accidentally forgot to hang the tag saying do not disrupt, they came three times and knock on our door. That's annoying.
Excelent service and attention at reception
No breakfast included. Not enough parking near the hotel.
AC didn't work (made a lot noise though) - temp didn't go down below 84 (end of Nov). TV didn't work at all. Toilet kept running - had to wiggle the handle often. Staff was nice and understanding though - received free breakfast.
Free Coffee in the morning
Hotel overbooked, gave us a room that key did not work, had to be open by the hotel staff only. Moved us to another room the following day but did not move us in the computer therefore cleaing staff didn't know we were in the room, room wasn't cleaned.
Staff was fine, did not spend a lot if time there. Maybe 4-6 hours per night after work.
Parking was horrible. Very limited. Television had to be re-booted every time it was turned on.
Rooms were nice for the price.
The air conditioner was out at the facility. The a/c was blowing hot air. Also, my room was never cleaned.
Location near downtown
Staff, room, no lights in bathroom, no free breakfast (even though mentioned by staff), parking lot off site
The hotel was a short tram ride from downtown.
The parking area was extremely small. People were parked in no parking areas. We had to park at the hotel next door. Which was poorly lit and hard to navigate. There were a bunch of people just hanging out in the parking lot. Made us feel unsafe.
Yes I did not like that we were not able to get on their wifi and when they told us to call a number our room phone did not work only on specker.
