Staff was really helpful and breakfast was great.
Rooms were smaller than a normal Hampton Inn and pool was outside should be inside! Tables near front door were too cold to use whenever door opened.Stayed for Thanksgiving vacation with many family members. Clean and quiet. Front desk staff was unusually friendly and breakfast was great. Good location right off highways.
The very helpful shuttle bus driver, Ron.
Room was clean & pretty spacious with a desk. WiFi was fast and reliable. Bathroom was spacious with plenty of vanity space. Good blackout drapes on window.
NoThe business center was well equipped. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices including fresh fruit, bagels, sweet rolls, eggs, meat, and two waffle makers. It was stocked up to 10:00 AM when it closed. Coffee was delicious & always available on the lobby. They had many flavors plus teas. Lobby area and dining area were clean and spacious. Parking was great and free.
noGood. There was confusion when we arrived over the room we had requested. It was resolved by issuing a $100 credit that was called in to Priceline. At least that is what we were told.
Staff was very friendly and the shuttle to downtown was perfect
Great breakfast, and a wonderful and friendly staff.
The staff are very polite, helpful, breakfast was good variety, well prepared and dining area neat, good parking area with police / security patrol noted as we drove into the hotel premises.
The TV channels were very limited, did not have our favorite Christian channels. You need a car to get to the hotel. The hotel meets our expectation except for the TV channels. We had a good evening rest after a busy day, it was like home from home.
Great rooms. Staff was courteous and friendly. Free shuttle service to dontown area. Pet friendly!
NopeAlthough it wasnt downtown Pittsburgh, it did not need to be. It was a great hotel, rooms were spacious, staff very friendly, free shuttle to downtown ( within 5 miles of hotels), free parking ( which is rare in the area), we arrived on Sat. afternoon and did not move our car until we got ready to leave on Monday at checkout. great hotel, will definetly stay there again , if back in Pittsburgh.
The staff went above and beyond what was expected in order to assist people. They were friendly, they actually got to know the customers and greeted them by name the next morning!
Hotel is a little difficult to find at night since the entrance is not off a main road, but the signs help. The hotel is currently trying to stay open while the lobby is renovated. It made for some dust and cold drafts, but the staff did everything they could to help. The breakfast was huge and hot. There was always lots of coffee and tea and even free snack food for late night munchies. We had an unusual situation: my 19-yr-old daughter arrived before the rest of the family, and the hotel staff made sure that she was comfortable, safe, and kept checking on her to see if she needed anything. I appreciated their attentiveness.
