The rate was pretty good
They said on your site free parking and then charged Me $17 a night extra to park.
I stay in San Francisco frequently and have tried this place because it was cheap and close to my work. During a recent stay the TV didn't work in two of the rooms they sent me to, and the bed smelled of heavy male cologne. When I reported this the management refused to do anything about it. There is also a lot of road noise and you can hear right through the walls. I would strongly recommend avoiding this motel, there are much better choices for the same price.

The location was fairly close to everything we wanted to see. Room was clean. Staff were polite. Continental breakfast.
Bar downstairs is really loud most nights of the week until about 2AM which can be a downfall if you don't spend every night of your trip out on the town. They give you earplugs though which could help.Tough to sleep in.
Price, flexibility, price, location, price, availability PRICE!!!
The club and bar next door / underneath are VERY loud on weekend nights. But fortunately the Inn provides earplugs and I was exhausted so it was not an issue.

There was a bar downstairs that was very loud as people were congregating on the sidewalk. On site parking is very limited.
Excellent place to stay if you're on a budget. The rooms were a little small and the parking limited but the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room and location made it a great experience! Would definitely recommend!
Room size and parking.Kudos to the wonderful staff!

The hotel is a few blocks off of the I-280 7th St. exit and a few blocks from the Tenderloin. Thus, do not expect a terrific neighborhood. However, it was not bad. The neighborhood was not too dangerous. My room was in the back, so street noise was not much of a problem. Easy to get to: 3 blocks from the Civic Center BART station. A tremendous value for money. Only problem was I was probably the first person to get up the day I left, so it took about 20 minutes for the hot water to get hot. No problems the other days. Oh - The 'free internet' was beyond useless. When I've got a sketchy Internet connection, I check it against the ICSI Netalyzer. The connection was so bad the test could not complete. I ended up using my iPad's personal hotspot. Good Verizon coverage ;-)
What a horrible experience. Front desk staff extremely unorganized. We were in town for a marathon. Received a phone call from the front desk at 10:40pm. Woke us from a dead sleep to ask if we had parked a car in the garage which they knew we had since it was on the registration form we filled out on arrival. Then they had the NERVE to ask if I would come down to put a stupid sticker on the rental car to indicate we were registered guests. We specifically asked the front desk if we needed to put anything on the car on our arrival and they said NO. We had been in and out of our room since 1:30pm and no one called until after 10:30p. We had to be up at 5am and they forced us to check out early since we would not be back from the race until after normal check out hours. Not very accommodating and very inconsiderate. The rooms are tiny and stuffy. Stay here as a last resort if you're looking for a room within walking distance of Union Square and the Moscone Center.

The hotel has everything you need for a business trip. It's clean and affordable. There are restaurants near the hotel and a CVS, where you can get whatever you need.
Some of the staff members at the front desk weren't the nicest.
The location was good, and staff was friendly. I liked my room and checked out a couple of the free bikes to ride to Golden Gate Park. Had an issue with the toilet when I arrived which was dealt with immediately when I called the front desk.
No refrigerator, room was a little small.

Value for money, good if you can tolerate the uncleanliness
Unclean sheets with yellow spots Toilet seat covers with marks on it - not clean Overall didn't look hygenic and crisp clean
The staff was very friendly, but wasn't terribly knowledgable and did not have access to extra pillows since the housekeepers take the keys with them when they leave for the night. It was fairly cheap for San Francisco..
The hotel was VERY dated and located in a terrible part of the city. The rooms seemed to be converted from apartments at some point in the past (we had a walk in closet 3 times the size of the bathroom) and the furnishings shows significant wear. Somewhat ironically the architecture in the are is beautiful but there is a large homeless population. The parking lot seemed to be guarded a pack of feral cats. It did not seem terribly clean, especially in the bathroom or by the light switches.
