The man working the desk was interested, but not helpful
Everything was bad. This is a dive. I walked in, and walked out. Homeless people sleeping in a nearby park. The beds had thin mattresses. It was dark, dingy. They charged me for 2 nights anyway. I had to follow up with Booking.com. Dont stay hereTerrible place. It should be taken off the roster of places to stay.
They had a lovely patio with nice plants. Stuff was friendly.
It was not clean. The pillows had no linen on them. Also I did not feel very safe, because the door/window Would' close properly.

Parking was free only about a mile from the Pier. Bed was comfortable.
The staff did not give good directions for finding the Motel, It was very noisy. The staff would not suggest restaurants etc. just handed you a map, shared drive with fast food busy and noisy. Only 4 channels on TV.Small, clean difficult to locate but has a comfortable bed. Close to a bar so question safety and again the noise factor. It is over priced for amenities and location.
The room was lovely, had character; the staff was helpful.
The neighborhood was not particularly attractive, but more cost-effective and still walking distance to interesting places.
