The high season at Sita Beach Resort is in January, offering a great opportunity to experience the resort's excellent service and the beautiful island of Koh Lipe.

Sita Beach Resort offers a good breakfast with a variety of choices, and guests have praised the delicious food and excellent service provided by the restaurant. However, there have been comments about the need for improvement in the cleanliness and maintenance of the dining areas.

While the hotel is located on Pattaya Beach, guests recommended exploring Sunset Beach, which is a short walk away, for a quieter and more serene beach experience.

Many guests praised the extensive breakfast buffet, highlighting the variety of dishes available, making it a great way to start the day.

Guests appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the availability of amenities such as minibars and coffee machines.

May is mentioned as the low season, which could be an opportunity to visit when the island is less crowded and possibly more affordable.

Some guests mentioned encountering mosquitoes in certain room locations, so it may be advisable to take precautions or inquire about mosquito control measures.

Several guests noted that the island, including the hotel, tends to have higher prices compared to mainland Thailand, so it's wise to budget accordingly.
