Pros (+) The location of the resort was close to many restaurants and stores. Liked our second floor 1BR Condo and patio that faced a courtyard. The staff was very pleasant, friendly, and efficient.
Cons (-) The pool capacity was restricted to 55 people and every 2 hours everyone had to exit the pool with all belongings and line up outside the gate-only to hope you would make the cut to get back in. If you did not, you had to wait 2 hours to try again. Also on hottest days management decided to reseal the pool deck pushing all 55 chairs into one area, so that was okay not to social distance.
