Pros:The location of the resort was close to many restaurants and stores. Liked our second floor 1BR Condo and patio that faced a courtyard. The staff was very pleasant, friendly, and efficient.
Cons:The pool capacity was restricted to 55 people and every 2 hours everyone had to exit the pool with all belongings and line up outside the gate-only to hope you would make the cut to get back in. If you did not, you had to wait 2 hours to try again. Also on hottest days management decided to reseal the pool deck pushing all 55 chairs into one area, so that was okay not to social distance. Once reopened do you think they added more loungers, no they did not. Also no corn hole (bean bag) toss. Yet they had no problem charging you the full resort fee!
Pros:Furnishings were very nice. Property was very well maintained and attractive, location was good.
Cons:Internet was absolutely terrible. Staff dunned us with phone messages trying to get us to hear a timeshare pitch. Thank goodness the phone system didn’t work properly..even though the blinking light told us there were messages we could not retrieve them.
Cons:Facility poor rating was because there was NO ELEVATOR We had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
Pros:The room was bigger than most of the apartments I lived in when I was in college. Nice pool.
Cons:Rooms were a bit dated, but very big and a great value for the price!
