Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is located between the cities Seattle and Tacoma, and is commonly known as Sea-Tac Airport. The airport is a major hub for Alaska Airlines, and approximately 25 major airlines (Delta, Jet Blue, Northwest, Southwest, etc.) operate from the airport. From Seattle-Tacoma, passengers can fly non-stop to more than 50 cities in the United States. In addition, Sea-Tac offers non-stop flights to 15 international destinations such as Europe, Asia, Mexico, and Canada.

Seattle-Tacoma International is a large airport. The airport consists of a Main Terminal with four concourses: A, B, C, and D. The airport also features two satellite terminals: North Satellite and South Satellite. Satellite terminals are connected to the Main Terminal via an underground subway system.

This airport offers several convenient passenger amenities located throughout the terminal buildings. Currently, there are more than 35 restaurants and stores, massage services, lounge areas, and services such as currency exchange, banking, and language phone. Smoking is not permitted inside the terminals. Designated smoking areas are located outside each terminal building in the drop-off and pick-up zones.

Directions

From the north, take Interstate 5 to Exit 154 B and drive west on State Route 518 to the Sea-Tac Airport Exit.

From the south, take Interstate 5 to Exit 154 and drive west on State Route 518 to the Sea-Tac Airport Exit.

From the east, take Interstate 405, which turns into State Route 518, to the Sea-Tac Airport Exit.

Main Terminal

The Main Terminal contains baggage claim, ticket counters, check-in, security checkpoints, and a variety of food and beverage establishments. Four concourses are located in the Main Terminal. Concourse A contains gates A1 - A14 and serves AirTran, American, American West, Delta, Frontier, Jet Blue, Midwest Airlines, Sun Country, and US Airways. Concourse B contains gates B1 - B15 and serves Continental, Hawaiian, Horizon, and Southwest. Concourse C contains gates C1 - C20 and serves Alaska and Horizon Air. Concourse D contains gates D1 -D12 and serves Alaska.

North Satellite Terminal

The North Satellite is accessible via underground train system and features two levels. Passengers arrive on the lower or transit level. The concourse or upper level contains N1 - N17 and serves Air Canada, Skywest, United, and United Express. The concourse level also features banking services, massage service, and food court.

South Satellite Terminal

The South Satellite is accessible via underground train system, and passengers arrive on the transit level of the terminal. The upper level or concourse level contains gates S1 - S16 and serves Air France, Alaska, American West, American, Asiana, ATA, British Airways, China Airlines, EVA Air, Horizon Air, Korean Air, Northwest, SAS, and United.
