Stains on sheets. Expensive parking
Staff very friendly
2-day stay with no shampoos, etc & garbage not changed
No fitted sheet on the mattress and no breakfast or parking included.
Great location. Friendly staff. They upgraded me because of my birthday.
I had to self park, which wasn't a big deal, but I was charged for two nights of parking when I only stayed for one.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our mini honeymoon that much more enjoyable. We will absolutely stay again. Beautiful room with a beautiful view.
The room was very clean ,quiet ,nice views from the room overlooking the River front plus having breakfast package included.
Getting to the Hotel
Customer services didn't answer their phone or deliver as requested.
Staff were rude, Kayak and Hotel failed to communicate which lwd to false rates and an unauthorized fraudulent charge for twice the booked amount. The deak person then Fraudulently charge my card right in front of me.
They had a notary free of charge when I needed one, the breakfast there was expensive but delicious. Easy to get around to all the local attractions.
They messed up my reservation, and the breakfast was extremely expensive.
Exceptional customer service. Check in was a breeze thanks to the staff preparing for our arrival. I had some flowers delivered to the hotel for my wife on the day of check in. (Saturday) the staff had already placed the flowers in the room and they gave us a very spacious room with practically no neighbors. The valet staff was very complimentary upon our arrivals over the course of our stay. the hotel even had a meet and great for the Cardnials baseball team, and we hardly noticed. The Hyatt will now be our go to hotel when we visit St. Louis.
Clear rooms, good view, comfortable bed, updated bathrooms
no complimentary breakfast
I like the location. The restaurants at the location are a plus.
Being forced into valet parking. This is expensive. The service was okay, but sometimes confused. The HVAC system in my room did not work, the sink stopper was not adjustable staying almost closed, meaning the room was not effectively inspected that day. The Hyatt charges 5 star costs for 3.5 star performance. I like the Hyatt, it was my second recent visit, but it is not worth the cost and I do not see my self revisiting.
very very small room.......pillows not comfortable...... to big
The proximity to Busch Stadium was excellent! Super convenient! Nice restaurants within the hotel as well as within walking distance from the hotel. We stayed over Labor Day weekend so the price of the room was increased drastically. The original room rates are very reasonable. The holiday rates are steep but understandable given everything going on in the city for that weekend. We would stay in this hotel again!
$450 for one night and a bottle of water in our frig was still $3. You would think they could give their guest a couple of bottles of water for what they pay per night. Very limited parking options.
Proximity to many downtown amenities and sites. Quick service, all staff very attentive.
Although room was good and comfortable, the organization of the furniture was a little strange - there was a part of the room was almost empty. Furniture
