Location and many shops nearby, kind hotel staff.
Noise especially in the morning. Some people clean or prepare the breakfast.May stay there next time.
Stayed here because all hotels downtown forget to tell u about parking a ten minute drive and I was downtown parking is available and staff was overly nice.. Beautiful hotel will be my new location when I stay in the bay!!
Nothing and very peaceful throughout the night !;)
Walls are thin... could hear the person snoring in the adjacent room. Boutique is 'generous'. Bed sheets are not comfortable.
The bath products! And the service was very good. The staff was very helpful.
Not so much the hotel as an issue with Priceline. We had hoped for rooms that could accomodate 3-4 adults and through Priceline, we were only guaranteed rooms for 2.
The sleep number beds were nice.
The breakfast buffet was not great, food was not hot enough. Toiletries were not of high caliber.Did not like the fact that it did not have a gym in the hotel. Not much to do on property besides the use of the room.
Convenient location Friendly, helpful staff; they worked hard to make my stay pleasant. Jeff from the bar brought me my room service because I ordered a meal earlier than the usual room service hours.
sleep number beds - I'd rather have pillow top. good place to try out a sleep number bed, thoughI'd stay at the Domain again. It is conveniently located to all stores, shops, restaurants, expressways, etc. Very clean and modern with a helpful, friendly staff (24/7)
The location was in a less then desirable neighborhood. The odor was foul. We had to be switched to a second room because the first one smelled awful. The second one was just as bad.I have been using Price Line for years. This was the first time I was disappointed. This hotel is not 3.5 stars. This hotel is smoke and mirrors. It is a very old building that has been re-modeled leading one to believe it is a nice art deco establishment. The rooms are old and have foul odor. The beds are not comfortable at all and that is one of the selling points of the hotel. Finally, the staff at the front desk was very annoyed and very rude when we asked to change rooms due to the odor in our original room. When we asked her to come up and smell it for herself she told us it was just the smell that emerged after shampooing the carpets. We explained that was not acceptable and asked to change rooms. The second one smelled equally as bad. Bottom line it...
Very modern and clean
One of the girls that helped us check in at the front was loud and yelled at another employee in front of us. It was awkward.
air condition was really loud. Couldn't fall sleep when it was on while the weather was hot.Good location. Nice stuff.
Very comfortable, clean, updated (chic, yet comfy), and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
