location was perfect for those that want to be near the heart of the action: Eaton Square and walking distance to Wellesley-Church. Rooms were on the small side but Scandanavian decor maximized space utility while still giving the room some style.
It's on the edge of "fringe" neighborhood, so be careful walking alone or at night. It's the price you pay to be close to the action. Likely because of the competitive price, more than half of the hotel was occupied by people over 70 for the weekend we were there. Weird since it's near the bars, clubs, strip joints, college dorms, and Eaton Square itself.
one of the elevators was broken resulting in long waiting times.
Location and room were great . Decor and bed good too. good value for price.
note the fact that Wi fi was not included . Neither were movies available or working ,or parking included. not impressed with the $250 downpayment for cleaning fee . Not mentioned when booking or on the website .
The location is tremendous, right on Yonge-Dundas square! Underground parking across the street with in/out privileges for a fair price. Staff was helpful and polite. Clean rooms with inexpensive (cheap?) but obviously newer fixtures and decor. I didn't have to pay for internet, they gave us an access code for each device we requested.
Room was quite small. Gym was small, hot, some equipment out of order. Thin walls or doors: loud! Not a luxury accomodation, but then again it's priced fairly low so you get what you pay for.
Location is close to everything and room has all you need
Beds were a little lumpy and had to put towel over A/C vent
Loved the location you can see Yonge Dundas square from the lobby!!!! Very updated and clean with friendly accommodating staff!
Would have been nice to have wifi and parking included when purchased through deal sites, included when purchased through The Bond Place website.
Convenient, clean, and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Only complaint is wifi charge. First place I'll look next trip
Clean, nice bathroom. Nearby subway was a huge bonus.
Loud on the weekend. It is downtown though so that's to be expected. Somewhat small room.
Location was great, the hotel is literally a block from Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre. We came to shop, so it was very convenient.
The room was a bit small, but it was clean and we had a pretty good view, so I can't complain. Good value for the price.
The location of the Hotel was excellent, right next to the Times Square of Toronto. So you are in the middle of everything of Toronto. If you get the right room (which we were lucky to get), you get an excellent view of the Times Square. We initially got a room on a lower floor, which I was expecting as we had booked through Kayak. I requested for a higher floor, to which they immediately agreed (something that I have never experienced before while booking through Kayak). The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The interiors of the hotel and the room were very well done giving it a luxury look. Being in Downtown Toronto, they have an enclosed parking for their customers, for which they charge of course, but reasonable charges for parking (A little less than 20 CAD for a day)
The rooms were too small and thus were cramped. But there was excellent management of the space available. They charged us for the internet, but the charges were just 10 CAD a day for three devices (That's what we had asked for). To avoid that there are plenty of free internet cafes around the hotel.
nice hotel in an ezcellent location!
the Business Queen Room was a little small, especially if you have a travel playpen in the room
No Free WiFi House keeping did not pick up the phone when i called to ask for new sets of towels - They might have been supper busy.
