7.7 Good
Pros:I liked that the slot machines are spaced out enough for people to move around. The rooms are big and beds are comfortable. My kids love the lazy river pool.
Cons:I wish the carpets in the rooms are cleaner and smells fresher. The buffet food could be better especially on holidays.
J
9.1 Wonderful
Pros:The room we had was in the Dive Tower. It was very spacious and clean and I loved our huge bathroom. The staff was very nice and extremely hospitable when approached. All in all my husband and I had a great night out and will be back again.
Cons:My only critique would be when there is an event in the Casino, the wait staff should be well versed on who, what, when and where. We ate at the Cantina and our waitress didn't know where in the Casino Penn & Teller were performing or their names. Being is a service type industry, she should have known the information.
A
4.8 Mediocre
Pros:The location seems nice.
Cons:The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke even in a nonsmoking room. Hair could be found in the bathroom in obvious places. Price was 3x higher than what was delivered. Will not stay here again.
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:The room was extremely high quality that can match las Vegas anytime. If you're there to gamble or not you will love the room.
D
8.5 Very good
Pros:Lovely hotel, casino & pool! Great layout too! All of the staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Cons:We paid $140/night, and it didn't include wifi? Really? And asked for a later checkout, only to be told it would cost $20? The explanation on the wifi is that they don't charge a resort fee, so they charge individually for wifi. $12 for 2 devices for 24 hours. Uh.. no thanks!

8.2 Very good
Pros:Various food selections and meeting rooms.
Cons:Paying $300. for a room during the conference in April. Other guests paid a lot less.
A
3.7 Poor
Cons:Front desk staff waited 25 minutes to be serviced. A joke kept taking Diamond members.
A
6.0 Okay
Pros:The rooms had modern design elements and were comfortable enough for a night's stay. The grounds were very nice and the people performing live music around the grounds were very entertaining.
Cons:We were lucky enough to have a hotel room complete with its own aroma. It might have been mold but I would more accurately identify it as a human biological odor. Sprayed some foo-foo around the room and went to sleep very late. Left very early. Wouldn't recommend for people with sensitive noses.
O
2.2 Poor
Pros:Rooms ok even though my reservation was fouled up and settled for a 2 bedroom handicapped. Not what i reserved.
Cons:Staff except for a couple of the women staff trying to accommodate patrons but overall the pool and lazy experience was horrible. I understand holiday weekend but staff should of been prepared. Room took a few calls to clean room were fast the last time i called but was 10 Pm already.overall not worth the money i could of reserved another hotel nicer and cheaper and longer stay.

9.7 Wonderful
Pros:The room was fabulous. All the staff were very nice, happy and helpful! From the front desk, to the housekeepers! Every one deserves a "pat on the back".
Cons:The buffet was horrible! We paid $30+ per person. Bad food. I was served a large "slab" of prime rib w/ a huge, and I'm not kidding, fist size full of fat in the middle of it. I wished I had my camera. Nothing really had any flavor. My boyfriend called it "army food". He tried the beef taco meat, rice & beans, amongst other things. We did like the cauliflower like an au gratin side dish. OH and don't let me forget to mention Pinks hot dog stand... HORRIBLE! For $5.99, I expected a delicious dog since I never had one from that establishment. I ordered the dog w/ chili w/ cheese. So they take a piece of american cheese and cut it in half and lay it on the bun cold. Then place the hot dog and add chili on top. The cheese never melted, the but was old and crumbly, and the chili wasn't hot enough... hence the cheese should have melted. OMG that was not good!!
