$562 Find cheap flights from Port of Spain to Montreal

Only water and pretzels served on six hour flight. Did not see crew rest of flight. No video screens and so no wired audio. Poor sound on plan so did not understand anything said by crew. This is a safety issue. Electrical socket did not retain charging block so could not charge phone. No video screen so could not watch movies. Phone is not a substitute.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

So so. Terrible aircraft choice for that leg of the flight.

737 Max was leaking water into the cabin through the windows. Overhead bins opened on landing. Bad bad plane.

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

one hour to board connecting flight from frankfurt trying to beat the far Z gate and with immigration of USA ppus waited for delayed boarding in gare for an hour and fly half gour late worst transit im frankfurt this airlines are for profit passengers are victim of dysfunctional airline frankfurt so crowded restroom are too small

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

The male air hostess was rude and didn’t even offer me a drink. Poor customer service!

We left really late. Things that were out if anybody’s control I guess.

We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun

I had the exit seat with all the leg room I could ask for. Great!

The male steward shoved me hard when i sleeping on the isle, woke me up the only way incan descripe it was Violently. I wanted to cause a scene but was able to putnmy anger innch check, i want complain to AA

The flights from Tri-Cities to Charlotte are always on planes that are too old and too small

We were told there would be no food/beverage service due to turbulence. There was very little turbulence on the 2+ hour flight. I was in First Class and thought they could have done a quick service after take off as they had a quite bit of time before we would be reaching the predicted turbulent area. They could have at least passed out a quick bag of pretzels.

A much better flight than our previous. The flight attendant took care of us and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Brought us drinks prior to the departure and then a couple more times. Totally makes the difference in how you travel when the crew is checking on their passengers. Great job on this leg of our trip.

We liked quick boarding and on time departure. Seats were very uncomfortable.

My first time flying American Airlines, my first flight to CLT was wonderful and flight attendants was nice and had great customer service. My second flight from CLT to NY was very delayed due to whatever reason the crew was not greeting other than that I’m rate 8 .

Flight got delayed 1 hour from 1145 pm to 1245 am the another hour to 145 am just for them to cancel our flight. Waited until we gave up at 4 and decided to take an uber to a hotel since it was taking too long for them to provide us with one.
