The property's location and ambiance is good. Views were stunning. The overall ambiance of the hotel is so beautiful. It is facing the backwaters and the view is so beautiful. Overall the property is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. The food quality is also good for the Indian guests. Our group had an exceptional stay at this property. The facilities were top-notch, including great amenities and reliable Wi-Fi. The view was stunning, and we had a comfortable sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient parking. It's a lovely place to stay if you are looking out to take a break from your hectic schedules. It's a very peaceful place. Very good resort, calm atmosphere. Would advise anyone single or family would love this lovely resort. Excellent property with great staff. The location is awesome and the lake facing rooms gave me a perfect sunrise wake. The staff were polite. Good service and nice place to visit.

The taste and Quality of the food is the worst. Resort looks little old, little maintenance required. Furnitures require refurbishment, we stayed in a pool villa and the pool could have been more cleaner. I could not get food of my choice. Foods particularly that Kerala famous were in the menu but not available. There are mosquitos outside and the accessibility is not great. Staff hospitality was not good. The location wasn't that great, nothing much to do around. Alepuza was half an hour away from the resort. Maybe the pool area can be kept cleaner with the toilets maintained well. The dine-in location for dinner had water bodies close to it, so attracted mosquitoes. Better suited for breakfast. Extending check-out time till 1 most of hotels allows but here staff didn't allow beyond 1130. There was no kayaking availability. Smelly rooms, extremely overpriced for the kind of rooms they provide. Food - absolutely tasteless and again very overpriced. Breakfast spread is very limited. The property is good. You can enjoy with your family or friends. You can have a great view of the lake from there. Well-mannered staffs. But the only thing I have noticed is lack of adequate cleaning, the rooms were cleaned well inside but outside is a little dirty. That is the only con in my view. Also our relatives who booked the next room, they had a horrible experience as their room key was missing. We were being told that the customer who vacated earlier, might have list or carried it with them. So my relatives, they had to wait for the lock to be changed and it took almost 2 hours. Overall, this resort is slightly overrated, there are better ones at this price to be found. Need some facelift for rooms and bathrooms. The floors were kind of sticky and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. The room also looked much different than it looked in the pictures. There were insects in the room. The coffee kettle also smelled really bad. The breakfast spread was also very okaish. Rooms curtains are not clean and had a lot of dust.

The property offers great amenities and reliable Wi-Fi. The pool has a dam good view. The swimming pool was a relief and the view to the backwaters with a hammock and other benches to sit close to the backwater at night was a respite. Though if they put some mosquito coil in that area at night it makes it more comfortable for guests to enjoy it. A small but beautifully maintained resort with a nice lake view. You won't get a lake view from all cottages. A small but well-maintained pool, games room with TT, carrom etc., children's play area, though small, are other attractions.
