I loved the décor, most of the staff, and conservatory. The show (O) was great too! We had a couple of issues with staff, the main on being the guy who "checked" the keys before entering the elevators was rude and not at all consistent with who he checked (both in our favor and against). When my husband asked him about it he was combative and obnoxious.
location is good, I thought the overall cleaniness of of facility starting to look a little tired, rooms were ok but house cleaning did not do a good job for making up room.

Fantastic location. We had an okay room. Restaurants are all incredibly expensive. You would expect much more for your money. We only had one bath robe, a small TV, and my front desk staffer was very unfriendly. She had me booked in three rooms for the same night and suggested I would have to pay all three. I said it was a mistake and eventually she got it sorted. For the price, you expect more. Would not recommend nor stay here again. I've stayed at SLS and Montr Carlo and would easily pick them instead.
Pretty hotel. They started to charge for parking!!! (This was not notify earlier in the booking) They give us room keys that don't work. ( happens more than one time) The walls don't cancel noise. I could still hear other people talking and in the middle of night. Placed unauthorized charge on the room for no good reason. Had to call to Ask the staff to make it correct, took very long time. Bad attitude also at one point they hung up on us. Iineffective staff that's was rude made the stay even more frustrating. Buffet quality of food, taste and atmosphere had lower dramatically!!!!!
Location is excellent and the hotel has a lot of nice amenities. The fitness center is well equipped. The conservatory was beautiful, as always. Check-in on Thanksgiving Day was packed, and we waited about 30 minutes in line. It seems like there could be a better system. Parking garage was incredibly crowded and, in fact, we had to park at another hotel one night because it was full. The air handling system is not as good as other hotels. It was incredibly smokey, even inside the buffet where smoking is not allowed but apparently diffuses into the dining area from the casino. And we had to trek through the casino to get to and from the elevator to our room, so we could not avoid the smokey air. They should look into removing the chlorine taste from the tap water, perhaps a reverse osmosis system or charcoal filter, at least for the water served in the restaurants. The bathroom had loose pieces of silicone caulking all over the floor. Of course, everything was quite expensive, from the mini-bar items to the hotel cafes/coffee shops to the water sold in the hotel shops ($5.25 for 1 liter) to the parking ($10/day).
Very luxurious, huge casino, welcoming staff. Fountains are a great attraction especially at night. We had problem to check in. Hotel didn't receive reservations from Kayak/Amoma. Took two hours and dozen phone calls to finally chek in. The pool area was great except there almost no sunshade umbrellas which are a must in Vegas sun.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. I appreciated the fitness center and the various weights and cardio machines. However, it was located quite a distance from the rooms. You had to walk the entire casino floor, past the lobby to get there. You're really paying for the location on The Strip. The room was nice but what comes out to be over $322/night including all taxes, etc the room and accommodations themselves weren't worth it.
Decorations were wonderful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed eating at restaurant. Breakfast was really good! The entire place was very clean. Can't think of anything.

Gorgeous common areas, comfortable interiors, and (importantly and uniquely for Vegas) a well-designed layout that makes accessing guest rooms easy. This is truly a huge resort complex, yet you can still get in and out of it from your room with ease. It was also easy to find adequate (albeit pricey) dining with minimal wait. There is nothing worse than having to wait forever to be seated at a restaurant in your own hotel, and this was never an issue in The Venetian. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back for sure. The rooms, while beautiful, are in need of modern amenities like charging ports, easy-to-access power outlets, better lighting controls, and larger TVs, just to name a few things. We stayed in a 1300 sq ft suite, and the living area was 40" or so. I realize this may sound trivial, but it's 2017 and this is a 5 star resort. Another issue we had was the relative lack of reasonable dining options. There are over 40 restaurants inside the property, but (aside from food court-type options) only a couple are reasonably-priced.

Beautiful, romantic Italian setting hotel. Room was huge and very comfortable. 3 TVs. View was good and could see the strip. A lot of restaurants, but they were very expensive. Although there was a food court that was reasonably priced. I did like the fact that the Palazzo and the Venetian were attached and you could use the casino vouchers in either casino Would have liked coffee in the room. Most hotels now a days have a small coffee pot in the room.
Clean and nice hotel in a good location. There's nice restaurants inside. The pool is crazy. We went down one day at 11:30am and there was not a free seat anywhere. Absolutely packed. Went down the next day a bit later so we expected there to be no seats available but there were towels laying all over seats and on the plants. It was very messy and disorganized. Here's a tip, instead of the staff standing around chatting where you collect the towels why doesn't one of them walk around and check for free seats and clean up the towels so guests don't have to ask every single person if the seat next to them is taken. Be careful of the surface near the pool when it's wet, if you are barefoot it can be very dangerous and slippery. I saw many people slipping over. 2 basic cocktails plus tax = $40. Ugh.

Aria has a great location on the Strip. Very convenient to check out Bellagio founrains, nightlife at Cosmo or just staying within rhe City Center confines. Its a bit smoky in the casino area but not any more than others.
Had a great coupon deal for one night at a wonderful, classy place. Sharp, professional, top-notch hotel!! The Casino floor was busy and there are a lot of hotel restaurant choices. My favorite experience was at check-in: when the line at mid-morning got a bit long, I watched a manager quickly find another six or eight staffers for registration and 'boom' the line was gone and I and others were taken care! Smoking in the casino, but that is everyplace in Las Vegas.

Room amenities were excellent, the integrated technology made it an exciting new experience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom layout was also superb. The floor in the bathroom wasn't not clean to the 5 Star level. My wife drop her earring and I ran my hand across the floor to retrieve it and it came up completely covered in dirt and dust, would not expect this form a 5 Star rated resort.

Very beautiful place, very stylish. There are tons of restaurants, shops and art pieces throughout the property. There's a night club Jewel there too. The concierges are super helpful. You can check in and out online. The hotel is situated well, can easily cross over to Cosmopolitan nearby. There's also a free tram, which can take you to Bellagio. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back again sometime. The pools and the hot tubs hours are 9 to 5. I was at Aria for a conference and 9-5 is when its activities are taking place each day, which made it difficult for me to enjoy the pools and the hot tubs. Managed to do it just one day, when the conference activities finished an hour and a half earlier. We did have our conference's party by the pools, but I'm thinking not every day they must be using the pools area for private events...
Staff were awesome to deal with. Very friendly, from check in, cleaning staff, to check out! Nice hotel, and the food was great. I found the casino was smokier than others on the strip. As a non-smoker, I found this discouraging. And the walk from the strip was a bit of a pain.
The hotel room was very nice. That's about it The valet staff was very rude to us. Basically rushing us. Getting to our hotel was so confusing. Ice machine was broke.

Easy to get around to other casinos, hotels, shows, restaurants and bars. Price was very affordable for what you get. I've stayed here a few times now. Easy check in process at kiosk. Not a ton of slot machine variety. Compared to other casinos in the area, the casino floor is set up in a weird way, does t flow very well and there isn't a fun variety of machines. I soend half the night finding something I want to play. I ebs up going to other places near by instead.

Windham bugs you every time you go up to your hotel room. You had to walk past their little booth to get to the elevators but if you take that out it was perfect.

The price didn't match the room, I figured the room would have been small with no amenities but it was the exact opposite. The room was large for just one person and came with refrigerator and microwave and I had a great view of the pool. It was also fairly quiet on the floor. Nothing to dislike at this time.
Looks great but a friend did wake up and realized the part of the white sheet she had been resting her face on had a big yellow stain on it. Really great staff and location but that definitely was a drawback.
The front desk guy who helped me wasnt very helpful at all and not informative. He didnt explain about the fees and what he is going to charge on my card.

Location was great! Right in the middle of the strip. We were also able to leave luggage at the front, secured, before we were able to check into the room so we could go enjoy the strip! Not the cleanest hotel I have been to. Mold on the ceiling, bathroom counter wasn't cleaned very well, old dried pink/red liquid on the wall.
Everything was great! The wait to check in was a bit slow but other than that.... my favorite place to stay! Like I said the wait to check in on Saturday was slow an there wasn't even a long line! I liked that it was central. The room was clean and fairly quiet. What it lacked was coffee maker or kettle. Your forced to buy a coffee maker across the street at Walgreens or spend 20 bucks a day on Starbucks. Very smokey environment could not spend much time in the casino. Very tight machines so don't plan on gambling here. Vegas is not a good choice for Canadians right now and I would avoid it. Totally overpriced.
The gym and spa were very good. The hotel staff was pleasant. The food was good. Pushy aggressive sales people at Perfume 11 caused an overall negative response. I have already told five people to avoid this shop.
The location is great, close to Wynn, Venetian, Mirage. The Suite was large. $5 tables during the day for fun. TI is a cheaper alternative tot he Wynn and Venetian and lets you stay in the same area and go back and forth walking to the nicer properties. The property and our suite were pretty dated. Our suite was large, but the furniture was old and worn out. The room was really dim at night, not enough lighting and it smelled like smoke even though it is a non smoking room. The hotel does not offer any kind of pressing service, they only have dry cleaning that they send out. My clothes were already clean, just wrinkled from my suitcase. Paying for cleaning them again and waiting one full day to get them back sucked. They charged a pretty hefty "Resort Fee" but I have no idea where the resort is. All I saw after being there for a week was my room and the Casino. I never went to the pool. I was disappointed they stopped doing the pirate show in front. Also, the restaurant choices suck. Who wants to eat at Senor Frogs when there are so many top chef places next door at Venetian or Mirage? Overall, TI feels like more of a downtown property than one on the strip. If you get it cheap, it's OK.

No free parking . Was not given the option to park for 20 mins also while I checked in. I had to drop my rental car at the airport and return in Uber. While checking out luggage services refused to get my luggage at the North End entrance which is the designated pickup spot for Uber/Lyft ( this is deliberate to force you to use cabs) . I had to carry 2 carry ons and a large check in bag from one end of the hotel to another (half a mile almost) to reach the North end . Luggage services did not provide a trolley as well. The hotel is beautiful and much larger than appears on the outside. The pool side area looks inviting and they do offer a spa/gym that looks agreeable but my visit was purely for business purposes this time and I was unable to use these amenities. I had dinner at Mon Ami Gabi and it was fabulous. Menu was fantastic, staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was all brought out as requested and very very good. Petite Suites are gorgeous with a nice meeting/sitting area and two bathrooms which was convenient and the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival there was a very long wait to get checked in and it seemed like there were more employees standing around rather than calling on guests to help them. They have "rapid" check-in machines that seem like a waste of space as I couldn't get it to work for me no matter how I tried. The first room I was checked into was a beautiful petite suite but had a rancid smell and upon calling maintenance and waiting roughly an hour they came in and told me there was a gas leak coming from the sewer due to a broken seal in the toilet that the maintenance guys were aware of and shocked they actually put somebody in the room. Instead of helping relocate me and my luggage they had me pack my bags and go back downstairs to wait some more so that I could get reassigned a room. My second room smelled equally as bad but like a children's pool that hadn't been cleaned all winter. Within 15 minutes I had a horrible headache and was back downstairs. They moved me a third time and offered me a small credit to use in one of their restaurants or spas. Although this did not make up for what I had already been put though (and the stress, anxiety, and headache I was now stuck with) I was running late to a meeting that I should have had plenty of time to prepare for so I took what I could and ran. I had my meeting at their French Bistro and it was lovely. My bill came, I charged it to my room, and retired for the night knowing I had a very long day ahead. After getting back to my room I realized they have no water located in the room. I was exhausted and the thought of going back downstairs was dreadful so I just went to sleep. Upon waking I found my bill and realized they had not removed the credit I was given for my previous days troubles. I called downstairs and they told me that the restaurant, although located at Paris, is not owned by Paris and therefore was not approved for the credit. I was told if I wanted to speak with somebody at the desk upon check out then I was more than welcome but there was nothing they could do for me. So back downstairs I went, again. After waiting a few minutes I was helped by a lovely lady who tried her best to understand the situation and show that SOMEBODY in that hotel cared at least a little. At the end of the day I got onto a flight to come home wondering if I could every come back to Paris for anything more than a restaurant that wasn't even owned/operated by the hotel. I travel to Vegas for business multiple times a month and would like to be able to say I would try this hotel again but I am extremely unsure at this time.
It was comfortable, and the location was great. It was nice and comfortable, until I smelled something rancid in the bathroom. The smell was coming from one of those huge National Geographic sized cockroaches. I told the front desk but all they offered to do was clean the room . That ruined my whole stay . I paid to stay somewhere nice if I didn't mind roaches in the room I'd stay at one of the many cheap motels Vegas has to offer
Very nice room. Night time registration staff was very friendly; day time not as much. We had to switch to another room because the first one we were in sounded like a strong breeze was constantly blowing, almost as loud as if a vacuum cleaner were right outside our door. They moved us immediately upon request.
The hotel was very nice with great staff. The location on the strip is great! Food was outstanding in all of the hotel eateries. Very easy access to all of Vegas either walking the strip, seeing the Bellagio fountain show across the road, or catching a taxi to see more of Vegas. Had prepaid for our room we thought and then was stuck with an unexpected resort fee upon arrival. Prices for everything from restaurants, drinks, to gift shop items are outrageous.
Don't like nothing about the hotel. Everything looks old and broke down. Needs to be updated ASAP I didn't like the way they try to draw a map for customers to their rooms which is confusing. Don't like the way the rooms are out dated. Looks like a motel 6 but worst.

For the price it met our needs. The couple next to us were loud and violent, i.e., domestic violence. The security staff did a fair job if dealing with it. I felt the walls were to thin, hence, a bit noisy.
I was able to upgrade my room from the lodge to a tower for $5 more a night which I really appreciated. I enjoyed being able to play the penny slots at a Max 45 cent bet. Over priced Pepsi products. Motor lodge seems murdery...
This is the second visit. Back in the first time, I think it was good place compare with other cheap motels,there is no refriger though. Poor water pressure and cleanliness. I found a nail tip colored with red polisher... They shoul be more careful with the house keeping.

The purpise of our stay was to make are the kids hace fyn because we are considering moving to Vegas. The location was good, plenty of food options and shops if we needed anything. Fun play for the kids. Staff was nice and accommodating. I hated walkibg through cigarette smoke to get to my room with my kids, but hey its not California. The toilet kept bubbling up and the rm smelled like sewage on the second day. We had to walk down 27 fpights of stairs because the elevator was down and everyone wanted to ride. The pool area was right next to a construction zone and our kids really wanted to swim. My kids still had fun but, next staying somewhere else.

The mid evil theme I paid for a room.with a choice of bed in which I chose a king before the trip, got to the Lobby to register and was told the room was booked for two queens. NOT my idea and when asked about the choice of bed I was told we dont have any. Its basic but not worth 70 dollar a night for a low quailty room. No bathtub in room and the remodeling is throwing a.monkey wrench.

When I arrived there were 300 people waiting to check in and even though there were like 15 check in stations only 3 people helping. 2 hours later when I got my key and got up to my room my upgraded king was not upgraded at all nothing special nothing different to include no fridge and an old TV with a very bad picture. It's just a hotel nothing special

Proximity to the strip was great. Beds were great. Outdated. Was here for the basketball games.....Sports book employees seemed not to be happy. Had to make hundred dollar bets to get a drink ticket. Beers by the sports book were $9.50. ridiculous.! Probably will not stay again because their are better values out there.

The room was pretty and our cleaning ladies greeted us everyday and were really super friendly. For the price, we would've preferred a nicer view....when we booked it led me to believe we would have a view of the strip but when we got there, the front desk said they may not even have the Bella Suite at the Palazzo available. It was confusing. They finally made one available... but honestly this hotel is way too expensive. Not impressed. And that's sad...

I loved the size of the suites and the comfort of the room. It was the perfect size for my group. The cleaning lady did not come in to clean when we asked her to come back after we left. She did not come back to later in the evening and she did not do a good job of cleaning.
The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Roomservice were fast and most of staffs were nice. Overall it was very clean and cozy. Somehow the security alarm went on at 5am while we were sleeping. It was very annoying and wasn't pleased with that. When I checked out I mentioned that to the staff. she told us that it was just the security alarm and acted like it is just nothing. Besides the alarm thing, other things were okm

I liked the fact that our room did not smell like cigarette. I like the comfort of being able to use the monorail from the hotel. However, the room was "basic!" I was expecting the room to have some luxury. For the amount of money spent on that room I was expecting more. I dislike the fact that we were billed $10 per day for parking. Our room keys continusly gave us problems. They wouldn't open our room or did not work at the parking garage.
I cancelled my reservation yet im asked for a review, pretty stupid but hey someone like stupid reviews. who knows, I did not actually stay there I cancelled my reservations.
I liked the overall feel. The staff in every area is great. I felt that they were way overcharging for all the extras such as food. Also, the restaurants had very limited hours.

Beautiful room. Price was right. Casino smells like an ashtray. Lacking in cocktail waitresses. It was a very long walk down the hallway to our room. (Elevator was closest to room 401 our room was 521) Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was unvented and lacking in privacy. Won't stay there again. Excalibur was so much better.

Because it was fight night I was glad to see the extra security around the hotel. Sleeping rooms were clean. Manager in cafe did take off the 18% gratuity for large groups after we complained about service. Bad experience in breakfast cafe with service. We poured our own coffee refills, food was mediocre. Because it was fight night hotel was very busy and people screaming down hallways late night. The guests don't care it is a non smoking sleeping room. You could get high just walking down the hallway. It is time for the hotel to replace mattresses and pillows they are hard as a rock. Barely any water came out of the shower heads. Too many other hotels to choose from. Probably won't be back.

The restaurants were delicious, the hotel is huge, and the staff were great. The pool complex is awesome, and the lazy river was very fun. Highly recommend Morimoto's restaurant and the new Crush. Resort Fee: This needs to go away. Our room did not have a mini fridge or a microwave (kind of annoying). A little on the small side.
The staff I got a extra 139.00 charge to my card credit from the hotel. I contacted the hotel and no one could tell what the extra charge was for. I asked to have it to be removed and as of this morning, one week after we left nothing has been done.
From the service to the room upgrade, this was such a wonderful stay. My friend and I loved everything about this hotel. Hands down my favorite in Vegas (I've stayed at many other hotels on the strip) and will be coming back each time! The marquee pool parties were a bit loud even with our balcony doors shut, but if you're looking for a quiet vacation, that's hard to come by in Vegas wherever you stay ;)

Upgraded us to a suite room for our first stay at the Cosmopolitan! Thanks Cosmopolitan for the great stay!
Checked in and room was not clean. However, free upgrade to a better room and great service more than made up for it. And they also gave us additional food vouchers at hotel. Beauty and Essex was a very good restaurant. Staff was always friendly and helpful and ensured they followed up daily due to room issue. Our view of Beallagio fountains and Paris was fantastic. Room was dirty at first but they went above and beyond to make up for it.
Check in Receptionist was quick and very helpful with where things were in the hotel. Room was comfortable and the views of the fountain were great.
we came for the new year but all the bars and the clubs of the hotel were acupaied by companies that resurve it for privent event.... what about the hotel gust??/
Staff were incredibly friendly and engaging in genuine conversation. The place is not for the budget friendly but you really get what you pay for.
Reception staff always need yo refer to manager and didnt know how to handle things. Although i had a late checkout they keep me waiting for over 30min at reception to find out how it works.

The Hotel was BEAUTIFUL. We went for my birthday, had an amazing suite, amazing room and view. We booked this place because we heard it was the #1 party hotel Our very first morning in, we had a man next to us complain we were too loud. First of all - it was just myself and my partner and there's no way were disruptive enough for him to complain. It looked like he had kids in his room so possibly that's why? Then again, don't bring your children to the #1 party hotel if you want peace and quiet... The worst of it all though was our FIRST NIGHT after the morning incident, our neighbor complained again and actually made up that we were in a physical fight/destroying our room... Police came and interrogated us immediately and let us go - seeing we had not gotten in any fight nor touched the room whatsoever. The hotel ended up kicking us out, banning us for life, and did this all on my birthday over the "nature of the complain"..... I'm not sure how we were treated so horrible for something we were proven by POLICE we didn't do. Worst security and service ever. We went to Luxor had no complaints and our loudest friends were in MGM - also had no complaints.
Okay Resort fee
The location is the best part. The Cosmopolitan is at the center of everything. The Cosmopolitan has serval great restaurant options covering a variety of types of food and at various price points. The Cosmopolitan Staff is accommodating, professional and friendly. The hotel is showing some wear and tear but overall looks very nice. I was there for a girls weekend and my girls and I love Bravo. It would've been nice in our limited amount of downtime to be able to watch Bravo (hello, Real Housewives is life). Lol. Lastly it would be nice if there was more seating near the pool at the Boulevard Pool. This could be accomplished by opening up the reserved chairs on days/times when the pool isn't busy.
Linens, beds, and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel has a cool look. Rooms were dated and the roller coaster could be heard in the middle of the night in the room. There aren't many bars.....we had to choose between Mexican dancing and a piano bar where they were charging a cover, even for hotel guests.

Room was large with a comfortable bed. Hidden fees "resort fee" were added at check out even though I prepaid online. This was not disclosed by kayak online or at the hotel at checkin. This practice is deliberately deceiving and should not be allowed. I don't know how they get away with this.
I took my best friend for his birthday. We spent the night at the New York New York aND from checkin to check out it was awesome. The times square piano bar was where we ended our night singing at the top of our lungs and that was after eating some of the best pizza in Las Vegas! Also the rollercoaster is pretty awesome too. Worth the money. Obviously the smoke is a turn off but they allow smoking in all of the casino's there so that is hard to get away from. Also War yep good old fashioned higher card wins is a game they have there but some nights it is closed that sucked.
The night clubs really rock. The restaurants are outstanding. Everyone was fantastic there. The shows and the clubs are edgy and not appropriate for kids. We went for our 25th anniversary and I was afraid perhaps I should have spent more. Wow, we had such a great time. It was the memory I was hoping to make. For the price, it is a great value!
Hidden resort fees they tacked onto a prepaid stay. Added $180 to a stay that i purchased online. Rip off.
Bathroom faucet was broken and there was no coffee maker. Really loud at night.
The hotel was outstanding, as usual. Clean and efficiently operated, the staff takes pride in this hotel. Make your hotel reservation at any website but Kayak. My choice for airline reservations, their partner group for hotel stuff---not so much A drink coupon with our room upgrade never materialized. The state of Nevada now mandates that parking along the strip costs 10 bucks a day, so plan to walk a lot. Casino is run by corporations that focus only on profit. Likely will opt for Indian casinos over any Nevada venue going forward. (Will still run to the Nevada border for ammo since I live in Cali.)

Well taken care of. Excellent bar tender -- Tina. Clean rooms. Nice pool. Food at the restaurants, anything from the stores, drinks at the pool were all way over priced. Considering the money they're making from the gambling and shows, everything was easy over priced. Allthough, I think the strip had gotten very expensive. It's not the old Vegas...
Didn't like the roller coaster view (patrons screaming). Light sleepers should request a room farther away from the roller coaster.

Was nice being next to Las Vegas strip. Did not appreciate the hidden fees they charged me for at Luxor, rooms didn't have fridge or microwave, I've had better rooms for half the price, but I guess that's what you pay for location. You won't see me their again that's for sure.

We spent 2 nights there our room service person didn't come to late in the day so we didn't get any cleaning done and we had to call for extra towels . And waiting in a long line to check in was awful after traveling.
I've been in Vegas 3 times and no doubts that Luxor was the best resort ever. I had everything that I want in one place. Rooms are kind of old but I think is because of the themme. Not a bad thing, rooms are incredible and clean. I was happy with my choise of hotel this time. Trully recommended.
Cannot deny that the overall offering is a great value. Mrs. Donna at the registration desk was wonderful. Public House staff were all excellent and greeted us every time like we have been here many times over. Showing its age. I need of an overall facelift. Common areas seem to be kept up well however the elevators, hallways and rooms are quite worn. I did have an issue in the deli. in line waiting for my order #98. #94-97 (persons unknown to me) we were all standing there waiting, Everyone took 1 step forward and received their orders without hesitation. #98 she recoiled and pulled the order back and asked me for my receipt! Why did you not ask anyone else for their receipt, we have all been standing here for 5+ minutes? I guess 'I' looked like the sandwich thief that they have been alerted to!
The LUXOR is a BIG, Fabulous place! You can literally find about anything inside of those walls from dining to shopping to entertainment. This is, of course, in addition to the Casino. My favorite place to eat was the Backstage Deli. The food prices were the most reasonable of any place in the Luxor. The food at this establishment was wonderful and the portions were huge! The staff was very courteous and professional each time I was there. As I understand, it is open 24 hrs. I would recommend this eatery to everyone. The room was neat, clean, and made up each day at a repeatable interval. I liked that. The Luxor is a bit on the expensive side, but it is a Vegas icon which I imagine allows for some of the pricing strategy. I did not care for the stench of cigarette/cigar smoke in the casino/main floor area. From the moment you step into this area, that stench can be a little more than overwhelming as it stays on your clothes and in your hair after you leave. Surely an organization with the amount of resources at its disposal as the LUXOR can effectively devise a solution to remedy this problem. Although I understand that the management philosophy is to keep people in the casino rather than in their rooms, the room still needs a refrigerator in it. I found this omission to be rather inconvenient.
I've always wanted to stay here. The architecture makes it stand out from all of the other casinos. I mean, you can't really top a pyramid. The furnishings in the room were all up to date. The room was easy to access and parking was also easy. I would definitely stay here again. The carpet in the hallways should be updated. The HVAC system needs to do a better job of filtering out all of the smoke from surrounding rooms and the casino. Some of the outlets in the rooms need to be replaced; my phone charger kept falling out of the wall outlet. The tram is slow and its announcements need to tell you the next stop. An indoor pool and hot tubs would be a huge plus.

They tried charging me extra money at every turn, the rooms are old and outdated, no fridge in any of them, the staff was horrible from the front desk people to the maids, everyone had attitude. I could have paid way less and gotten a better hotel by going to say The knights inn rather than spending my money at that place. I will never stay at the Luxor again. The pool closed early, the hot tub was Luke warm at best. They need new management.

From the second you enter the building you realize that it's a 5 star hotel and casino. There are multiple pools and the rooms are very nice and spacious. The gambling floor is ample as well as the shopping and food options. I'm not sure I could ask for anything more. I highly recommend!!
Unfortunately, their computer system went down and they did not have a back up. All of the slot machines had to been hand paid which took over two hours. No one was able to check in or out during this period of time. This happened on a Friday night (6/3/16) at approximately 9:15PM. I was stuck waiting to be paid a minor amount so that I could leave and make it to a dinner reservation. I finally left the slot machine to another player as I was meeting friends and would have been late.
Beautiful and well kept. Can find as nice of places for less money. Not much to do other than gamble. Even lounge bar was tough to get into. Can be long waits for restaurants.

The rooms are REALLY nice and clean. Even if your a guest of the hotel you pay $18 Valet. The parking valet is too busy and takes so long to park and pick up your car.
Staff is great, room was great. We had an amazing time The buffett there has gotten famous and now there is a 1.5 hour line to get in. I feel guests of the hotel should have their own line so we can eat some breakfast.
Our first time at Wynn but it definitely will not be our last. The hotel rooms were roomy and comfortable. The casino, restaurants and bars were first rate. We even enjoyed the Buffet! An A+ experience!
I always love the gardens, the comfy casino seats, employees willingness to always be helpful, cleanliness, air quality isnt bad, detail in the overall decor... etc., etc.
I liked the rooms, the comfort of the bedroom and bathroom. Cleanliness is not outatanding though. We had to request shower gel to get it. It was not available at first for instance. I didn't like the way staff behave and ibteract with us at the casino. It was not an atmosphere that encourages people t play cheerfully
Went to vegas didn't have a room went to a casino to get a room pretty expensive so I looked online and found the wynn at a good price. First time staying there ot was very nice inside and out. rooms are great would like to stay there again. Thanks Maybe just getting asked for the card every time went back to the room although I can understand why o well
My bathroom sink was broken and I notified the staff an they never made an attempt to fix it. Also they almost mistakenly moved my stuff out of my room. Good thing I was leaving as they arrived to do so. The food onsite is bad and expensive - not a lot of options as you basically have to go over to the Aria to get anything

It is very disappointing to have one of my favorite hotels play games with charges. Parking is $18 and the resort fee is $32; so, if you are comparing prices to other similar hotels, you need to add $50. And, I challenge you to find these charges in anything published by the hotel or the consolidators.

Vdara is an awesome resort! I stayed on the 53rd floor and the view is just amazing. My only criticism is the $18 per night parking fee & high resort fee, ouch.

We loved that the hotel did not have a casino. It was a nice break from the lights, noise, and smoke you experience at other hotels and resorts. Walking to nearby attractions like the Aria, Cosmo, and shops were easy too.

I like everything about this hotel... hassle free parking with their valet. Courteous staff, big sized room, huge bathtub which can fit 3 people in... and this was just their ordinary room. It's too comfy we don't want to leave the hotel room :)

Elegant simplicity. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel itself was also very affordable when I compared it with others and it was close enough to the strip, this was the determining factor to go with this hotel. It's also next to the Fashion Mall, which is nice if you live to shop. I love working out so a bigger Gym and and Spa would be a nice bonus.
Beautiful and fabulous casino was luxurious and over-the-top with marble and statues and the pools were awesome. I will absolutely return again.
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.

There were no convenient arrangements for a simple cup of tea or coffee in the guest rooms which by the way is complimentary at most hotels.
Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.
I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.

I've always stayed further north and this is the first time at Mandalay Bay. I was lucky to be on a high floor overlooking the strip. The service was great and staff helpful. The Michael Jackson show was one of the best I've ever seen. My room did not smell of smoke. The casino smelled of smoke no matter where you were. The location was a few miles from the center.
Room was nice and staff were helpful. Room was cold, and even after setting up the thermostat, the bathroom remained freezing.
Loved the well appointed room and our fabulous view of the strip. Really comfortable beds and lovely sheets and pillows. Staff was friendly and room service was surprisingly quick - especially for super bowl weekend. We had a problem with the water at first- it was scaldingly hot and we couldn't take a shower. Engineer had to come and run all the hot water out of cold line in the tub. Then we could shower- with the tub still running! next day it worked and then it happened again- but we now knew how to get it to work. Apparently the whole bottom half of hotel was affected. The gym didn't have any weights under 10 lbs. gym could definitely be improved a bit. All pools were closed. Guess cuz it's February. Don't know if there were any hot tub options.

I liked how the restaurants were in the same area, so you don't have to walk from one part of the casino to the other when looking for one to eat at. I didn't like that there was a fee for late check out.

Nothing in particular Booked and prepaid for 2 rooms, but hotel could only find 1 room when I checked in, they promised to fix the problem. But I was still charged for another room when checking out, in addition, my credit card was charged for more than $600 for items I didn't recognize. I was told the charges would be canceled and refunded, but it's really a frustrating experience!
The only real negative experience we had at the hotel is the room was not clean upon check-in. I'm assuming the long blond hair was left from the previous guest. If your concerned about the distance to other parts of the strip, you can take the free tram to the Luxor/Excalibur and walk to the Monte Carlo and take another free tram to the Vdara which sits behind the Bellagio (center strip). You can also walk across the bridge from the Excalibur to the MGM and take the $$ monorail further down the strip.
I tried to cancel my stay and it was 36 hours before I was going down and I was told I was not able to do it so I lost out on $100 and I'm not happy about that I will no longer be coming down to the Mandalay Bay to stay there that is ridiculous that I cannot get my money back specially with it being 36 hours so I was going to be there
Great room. Clean and gorgeous contemporary decor. Very helpful staff. $5 for a tiny box of Cheezits at the gift shop. Also, spending almost $4 for a bag of M&Ms. They should at least put prices on the items so it's not a big surprise when you are already at the register.

My sister had a room, or friend had a room and then my fiance and myself had a room. We checked in late and they offered to put all of us in a suite for an additional $100 plus we all had to pay a 35 resort fee. We thought it was a good idea so we could all hang out together but come to find out we were blessed with hearing the elevator the entire time. We also found hair in the shower. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the location is great. Food at the 24 hour restaurant there is not worth the price.

There was almost no in-room amenities like tea/coffee/bottled water... Also, parking is not free... Finally, resort fee is extraordinarily high...
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sink drain was off the track and "closed" I fixed. The shower - the ring at the top kept sliding down to the shower head. The radio/alarm did not work. Lack of consideration for other patrons - sexual sound could be heard through the wall, the drunks yelling/swearing in the hall in the wee hours of the morning. No room in the refrigerator for any "leftovers" - it was filled with liquor, water so that there was no room for the leftovers I had.
Beds were soft, pool was amazing and the view was incredible. I liked that the windows did open a little when the room got stuffy.

Needs a makeover
Only part of the entire stay that was positive was the Operations Manager finally coming through after having complained 4 times about my room and it still not being resolved. Housekeeping was an absolute joke. Leads me to believe that there is no communication between front desk and housekeeping. First night I check in, got a room with two queens. Almost jumped in to be to notice a big urine stain on the sheets. Thank God the second bed was clean so I slept in it. Oh did I mention the clump of long black hair on the ice bucket. Reported the issue the following morning and the girl removed the resort fees for two nights only to come back that evening to find the issue still glaring at me in the face. Reported the issue the following morning to the same girl I talked to the prior morning and this time all she offered was to remove one more nights resort fees (apparently as issues escalate the process to resolve the issue is to make the customer less happy). Much to my surprise I found the issue yet unresolved that evening when I returned to my hotel room. At this point I was thoroughly disgusted, what else wasn't cleaned in my room prior to me checking in and during my stay I wonder. Having found the issue unresolved I marched down to the desk to talk to someone that would give me more than a "We have done the most we can do" speech. I asked for a manager who too while apologetic had his hands bound with what he could do. When I asked him to go up to my room and see the issue for himself he informed me he had no idea that issue was unresolved for three days now. Eventually he pulled some strings and got me a ticket to a show and $50.00 credit for dinner. I work in the service industry and know that what most customers want is for the issue to be corrected and to some extent to be taken care of. After my first day that's all I wanted, I didn't ask for any money (company trip, company expense) so how hard is it to acknowledge a breakdown somewhere in the system, apologize and take care of the issue.

Loved the experience at Mirage Hotel. Very friendly crew, great room and great restaurants. Whenever I come back in Vegas I am definitely staying at Mirage again.

prefect location and good pool. Not impressed by the rooms which were supposed to be newly renovated. Overall, great location with plenty of good restaurants and bars close by. the room was below average but how long are you in the room?
Price Worn out. The facilities look used and abused. Furniture in the room is horrible. Even the pillows are exhausted. The hallways look like they have seen much better days.

The location was nice. The hotel is attempting to use a custom scent but it smells like a bathroom deodorizer. It was disgusting. More than half of the garage is for valet only. What is available is hard to get to. Parking in the garage requires a walk through heavy traffic to get to the check in desk. The resort fee!! There is almost never a good reason for a "resort fee". The Flamingo is just an old hotel in a good location. Pretending rooms are more affordable and then tacking on a resort fee is an insult. I won't be going back to the Flamingo because of it.
