Bar tender was very nice and the deal we got was good
Staff was totally disengaged and borderline rude. Poorly trained and facility is slightly dirty
Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel.
Breakfast buffet was cold.
I loved the jacuzzi tub and rain shower. The room was very romantic. We had a sitting room off of the bedroom with comfortable chairs and a couch. The bedding was soft and luxurious.
The night we checked in, there was a considerable wait for the elevator.
Charges for WiFi
Convenient location, good value, comfortable bed, very clean.
no good views in any direction, poor water pleasure and very low flow rate in shower, toilet was installed uncomfortably too high even though it was not an accessible room, not very spacious rooms.
Liked the room and location of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely try to stay there again.
My confirmation text said I got a room with a preferred view...but it was just a view of the side of buildings....not a big deal but thought a preferred view was at least something more then sides of buildings. That was a very minor thing, just thought it was funny.
It had a really nice gym if that matters to you. New machines and personal tv's. Otherwise it was a clean, polite and comfortable place to say.
valet (which is the first connection you get with hotel) was not very respectful or helpful.
i was charged for the wifi
Very nice Magnificient Mile Hotel that does not have a lot of unnecessary frills
Price was great
The WIFI is horrible, the hot water was iffy.
Location, bedding, quiet.
Room layout, very small, bathroom a terrible design, Mirror in room unusable - blocked by chair, room too small for the furniture. The renovation was nothing more than a redo of a very old room.
Air conditioning was broken Poor response time to complaint about air Charged for Wifi Overnight parking was $65 a night
The room was updated and clean.
The restaurant was closed for dinner on Saturday. No room service. Two elevators were down on Saturday and we had to wait for the elevator quite a while.
