The location is amazing, the staff was so kind and the room was clean, comfortable
The wc is so high for a regular size person
The whole experience was outstanding
I liked everything
Cool historical building. Great location
Parking is $67 at the hotel
Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel Chicago
Location... and that's all.
EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for a dated hotel w/ small rooms. $67/day parking for guests is opportunistic
What a great place to stay. We came into town for a Blackhawks game. This hotel is perfectly located. The price, room, staff, bar and food where all absolutely amazing. We will b back!!!
Decent room for the money, nice bathroom, good location if you are in town to do some major shopping
No restaurant open in the evening, outdated lobby, no room service, could hear neighbors through the walls
Too warm for a cold day
Location was fantastic.
Could not control the temperature in the room. Way too warm regardless of colder temps outside.
The hotel was in a great location.
The bathroom was very small for a luxury hotel. The shower facets were hard to figure our. My wife did not like over head shower head. The room computer did not work and services could not fix it.
Reserved two queen beds. They had me in a king. The guy was rude and never even apologized. Unbelievable service for a hotel like this.
Front desk was a bit of a challenge
We were able to book at this hotel during a very busy time.
We were told we would get a text when our room was ready. We never got it. We tried calling the front desk over several hours and the calls were going to a fax machine. We used the number listed on the website an on the itinerary. We even had friends try to call. We ended up leaving a WORLD SERIES game early, because we were worried they would give our room away.
It was very comfortable and near museums and points of I interest.
One of our breakfast's wasn't good. Shower needs anti slip help. Elevator slow
