Unsanitary conditions and hazardous environment in room (exposed electrical)
The room was extremely dirty and none of the outlets worked. This hotel is not an acceptable hotel for business trips or if you are hosting high profile clients. Do Not recommend.

Location is great and the subway station is just in the corner of the block. Comlimentary breakfast is just OK, however if you are a familiy, it is important to have breakfast in the hotel in New York. Breakfast is served in the nearby bar& grill and its atmosphere is great. One of the front office staff was very kind and helpful, so I would like to thank her for everthing that she has done.
The hotel is very old and needs complete renovation. The rooms are not large enough to accomodate a familiy of four. It seemed the most unclean hotel during our visit to USA. Housekeeping staff is interesting (I guess they need a short course to learn how to behave to customers). In conclusion, location is OK, but nothing else...

At the epicenter of downtown Manhattan’s vibrant New Renaissance in cuisine, galleries, live music clubs, and nightlife spots, the fun-defining SIXTY Lower East Side evokes the youthful spirit of its all-hours neighborhood–an indie-vibed district on display from nearly every Jim Walrod designed suite’s floor-to-ceiling windows. Andy Warhol’s visage looks up...

Great room and view. The shower was amazing!
My room wasn't ready at the time stated. I just wanted to go to my room and sleep but had to wait and the front desk acted like it was no big deal. They didn't have my room ready at the check in time but otherwise the staff was good. Above Allen is a cool bar in the hotel. The pool area was cramped and a little messy.
I liked the design and decoration--it was sleek and modern. Also they give you chocolate! :)
The rooms were pretty small. Every room is near the elevator which can be loud. My Do Not Disturb sign disappeared several times. There's no ice machine--you have to order ice. I wish the pool was open later.
Reserve a pleasant apartment in the Historic Chelsea district. Our brownstone is on one of the most beautiful landmarked blocks in NYC. Here you will find an oasis of peace and quiet in your own fully equipped studio apartment with private garden, while being minutes away from all the excitement of the city. It is a sharp contrast to the sometimes circus-...

The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it.
There were flies everywhere, the room was extremely small (only space for a bed), no counters, no shelves, the AC unit was OVER the bed, the staff was dishonest and rude, they use the stairs for storage and trash (FIRE hazard!), the shower was incredibly small. Worst place I've ever stayed and not worth the money or hassle.

small and limited everything. cramped bed and no movement. bathroom one of smallest I've ever seen.
We booked this room for our NYC vacation over Christmas. I had booked a 'Standard Double' room, which judging from the photos it had 2 beds, however, ended up being only one very small bed (I'm not taking off a star as it is my fault in the end for assuming that). Just beware, that it is NYC and rooms are small and this room was no exception! In the end, we really enjoyed the room and the hotel. Coffee and tea are offered all day which was a life safer when trying to warm up after a day in the city. Breakfast was good and easy (nothing fancy) - bagels, cereal, yogurt, pastries, etc. We did not try the restaurant but I have heard it is very good. Steps from Subway , Macys, and only 5-10 minutes from Times Square. Would we stay here again? Maybe! We like to try new places but we would stay here again if it was a good price!

Towels and Shower Curtain smell very bad.
Staff was terrific--warm, friendly and always extremely helpful. The free wifi, included breakfast and location all made for a very comfortable stay.
Nothing. It was a terrific stay.
Towering above the former tenement district of the Lower East Side, The Ludlow hotel may be a newcomer, but it feels right at home in one of New York’s historically hippest ‘hoods. Factory-style casement windows in every room, repurposed wood beams and a distressed-limestone fireplace in the lounge give this Sean MacPherson-styled spot its authentic feel.

Everything was new and in great condition. Great fitness area. Awesome location.
The hotel is very clean, The staff are friendly and The location is very good.
The room Is a Little bit small. The staff don't provide us one Baby bed. We slept 7 nights with our 3 years old daughter in The saem bed. This is a very good hotel, good option to stay in NYC.
