Good location & decent gym.
Poolside service was awful. Waited 30 mins. for lunch order. Waitress served one drink & left the other drink at the bar for nearly 20 mins. Returned with other drink& food 20 mins. later. Served my salad with no knife & returned 15 mins. later w/one.Room was a decent size & gym was nice; food was mediocre, pool service was horrible! Price was competitive.
Loved the Starbucks coffee, great service, beautiful pool area, very comfortable environment for working in the cafe area.Loved the Starbucks coffee, great service, beautiful pool area, very comfortable environment for working in the cafe area.
$12.95 Charge for Internet per device which is crazy. Had to go to lobby to get internet. No Free Breakfast for Marriott Club Member.
The beds (nice!) and the gym and pool (super nice)
The location was nice but not near where we needed to go.The hotel was stunning. A very clean and complete hotel. They did not charge a resort fee which was a plus for me and included a lot of amenities. I wish they would have a little breakfast in the morning to start our day but they kept us filled with coffee and apples! Was a very pleasant stay!!!
rooms, bed, linens....so comfy
Pool attendants took a long time to bring our drinks
Priceline customers get the worst rooms. The hotel room we got was small and old and they put us right next to the elevator. Sorry but for 180.00 we figured the room and service could have been alot better. Whata rip!Just ok. Colony hotel is 1000 times better. For like 199.00 a night. This hotel sucked!!!!
modern and staff was super attentive and fun!
room doors slammed loudI would definitely return. Super close to PS fun.
We loved the room and the pool was beautiful and relaxing.
NopeWe has never been to Palm Springs before and we absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was great. They upgraded me to a suite when I checked in for no extra and the room was great. Nice gym. I loved the pool. So realaxing. We will be back.
Really enjoyed the pool area.
The hotel had an Internet guest site that I used. Did not think I ever OK'ed a charge for using the service but when I got back home had a bill for $38. I was only there three days and used the service a couple of times. A really negative for me!!!My room was great and the staff were all very helpful. I would stay there next time I go to Palm Springs but sure would not use their guest Internet service!!!!!!!
Pool and dining were well managed.
There was an expectation that internet was available in all public areas and I did not find that to be user friendly.Great staff and facilities. Location is close to down town Palm Springs activities.
