The parking garage is hard to park in. Small parking placea.
Room smelled musty the while stay
It was a nice size for having two queen size beds. Had complementary breakfast simple things like bagels and cereal..
The eating area was small too crowded...
Parking was horrible. Had to request bath towels none were in the room. Small room felt old and dingy.
Breakfast was good. Fridge and microwave was a great benefit
Felt old and dirty. Bugs in our bathtub. Parking was horrible. For the price was not worth it.
Location, suite worked well for our family with toddler and infant, free breakfast (not gourmet but hey, it's free and convenient: bagels, waffles, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, canned fruit cocktail, cereal, muffins)
Breakfast eating area small, tried to double charge us for parking so CHECK YOUR BILL WHEN YOU CHECKOUT, $10/night for parking, very slow draining tub, loud AC, lumpy pillows
The beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious enough for two queen beds.
a little noisy in the evening but it was a holiday weekend. Not too loud considering the hotel was near the freeway.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
As with everywhere in San Diego, finding parking can be difficult.
The bed was comfortable and the bedding seemed clean. TV had an unlocked HDMI port I was able to use to watch a movie from my iPad. fridge and microwave in the room. Underground parking was nice though the spots were to narrow.
The desk clerk ignored customers and almost refused to talk to people before 3pm. He would take phone calls and do paperwork without even acknowledging people standing there waiting to speak to him. The pool was clean but the hot tub was filthy. Could not even see through the water and there was an odd film on the surface. The walkways outside the doors held standing water and did not drain correctly. There were only three towels in a room for 4. Very very small rooms. The electronic door locks did not work well needing multiple tries to open the door. Underground parking spots were more narrow then my most vehicles resulting in many of the people having double parked. A pipe that I can only hope wasn't waste water or sewage was dripping on my truck from the ceiling in the morning.
I liked the complimentary breakfast!
There wasn't really anything that i didn't like.
The size of the room and lI Ving room area
Pretty much everything else, the smells horrible, the floor soaked, the room stay was a disaster.
Rooms were clean + spacious. Reception staff was nice + friendly. Had a pleasant stay!
Breakfast lady could work on her customer service.
Carpets were wet, can't walk without banging into something or someone, rust on shelves in bathroom, visible stains on beds.
