The staff was excellent
Old building. My room was facing a car dealership. Not much can change that
Better than expected
Location was perfect near all theme parks and freeway and food accesible. Staff was very friendly.
Refrigerator not functioning properly at first but once I called the front desk they fixed it and still took some time to cool after a while. Pool hours can be a little more flexible specially during weekends.
Bad odor in room
Our room had a foul odor and felt like there was a lot of moisture locked in the room. We also noticed that the carpet was damn as well. Probably from all of the moisture. When I did make a complaint about the room the customer service I relieved from the manager was terrible. I will never stay here again and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone!
Beds were clean, breakfast was good, every staff member was friendly and smiled at you.
The parking pass was $10 extra dollars. I feel like they can wipe down the walls with a washcloth.
I booked online so they waived the parking fee.
The garage lighting was out and we were not made aware. It was unsafe and parking is not secure. We were on the second floor by the elevator and were woken up early in the morning by continuous running of children to the elevator.
The parking garage is hard to park in. Small parking placea.
Room smelled musty the while stay
It was a nice size for having two queen size beds. Had complementary breakfast simple things like bagels and cereal..
The eating area was small too crowded...
Parking was horrible. Had to request bath towels none were in the room. Small room felt old and dingy.
Breakfast was good. Fridge and microwave was a great benefit
Felt old and dirty. Bugs in our bathtub. Parking was horrible. For the price was not worth it.
Decent but check your bill/receipt
Location, suite worked well for our family with toddler and infant, free breakfast (not gourmet but hey, it's free and convenient: bagels, waffles, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, canned fruit cocktail, cereal, muffins)
Breakfast eating area small, tried to double charge us for parking so CHECK YOUR BILL WHEN YOU CHECKOUT, $10/night for parking, very slow draining tub, loud AC, lumpy pillows
The beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious enough for two queen beds.
a little noisy in the evening but it was a holiday weekend. Not too loud considering the hotel was near the freeway.
The hotel was within 10 minutes of my two main destinations in San Diego, and was also close to restaurants, a grocery store and other conveniences.
The continental breakfast was disappointing. The room was extremely small and couldn't accommodate the amount of people there.
breakfast was really bad and they charged me $24 for 2 phone calls that l dialled but didn't even get through
I enjoyed our spacious suite. We were able to put our daughter in one room and my husband and I could stay up after she had gone to bed in the other room. Please write at least 15 words
Our original reservation was lost! We had reserved a King suite, but were given a standard room upon arrival. However, the staff did their best to fix the situation and we were given the disabled suite.
Situation géographique intéressante: proximité du Parc Balboa et de ses musées. Continental breakfast inclus. Chambres double beds spacieuses et propres.
La salle du breakfast un peu exigüe par rapport au nombre de clients.
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Leaky bathtub faucet
Nice place for the price, with a good breakfast. The location is also very good.
the clean rooms and very wonderful people at the reception desk. when my son got sick with very high fever, all the people at the fron desk were very helpful and they called a clinic, made an appointment for me, gav eme excellent directions how to get there, and above all, they all showed genuine care and concern. This meant a lot to me and my wife (and of course to my son who was very sick).
not at all
Great location - close to San Diego and perfect for shopping Room perfect for family with 2 teenagers
The room was very clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly.
