La ubicación del hotel
El personal de la recepción no es amable ni amigable con los huéspedes.
The view was amazing and it was centrally located.
The wifi was not free and I was bumped from a room with double beds to a room with a single bed. I would have been okay with the change if I had been notified beforehand or been compensated somehow.
Great Location and professional staff.
Small rooms, no small cooler for beverages in room. Small bed the size of a double. No room for toiletries in bathroom. I requested a quiet room and was given one right next to the elevator, go figure.
Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out Great location between Financial District and Chinatown and within walking distance to Union Square and Telegraph Hill
Very expensive parking ($45) Very simple, no frills hotel, not attractive as other Hilton venues
I booked via kayak and which routed me via priceline. I paid extra for a queen bed with a bayview on a premium floor. However when I got to the hotel they said there is no such combination only the king beds have that combination. They either had a city view on a premium floor or a bay view on a low floor - where you could not see the bay. After some negotiating I settled on a double bed on the 18th floor with a bayview. Be careful when booking thru third party sites, it seems the descriptions are misleading.
Close to china town, walking distance to union square, it has VIP lounge area with food, it's clean, good rate. Easy cab access. Friendly staff
The dingiest and least-attractive Hilton I've ever seen. $50 for parking? Really?
quality of room
poor internet connection
the ho9tel was very friendly and presented well. The rooms were bright and airy. It wss nice to control the temperature of the room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable
i found the bar a little expensive which was a shame as we found the area very relaxing and would have liked to spend more time socialising with our friends in there
Visit the city
Beautiful and exciting
Check in took too long. In hotel amenities like bar and gift shop lacking.
