Friendly front desk.
Outside windows are very, very dirty. Paid extra for bay windows and couldn't see anything because of dirt.
I didn't like the size of the room too Small
Double Charged via Kayak/AMOMA
I liked being able to purchase on the internet
I did not like getting double charged for the stay because the KAYAK/AMOMA credit system was not working. I also did not like getting fraudulently charged for food I did not order nor a long distance phone call on a room phone that did not work. I will not be booking with either Hilton or Kayak in the future.
walls are paper thin
can hear the foot steps of the people above me !
Extra thin walls, could hear children crying at 1am
4 star price for a 3?star hotel
Beds were comfy, gym small, food in restaurant was tasty.
Outdated showers, expensive food and room service, small gym.
I like executive lounge.
Bed a bit soft.
Clean room and comfortable bed.
Limited fitness center
I honestly don't have nothing really good to say
I booked a double room with 2 beds I get I queen bed couldn't even get a roll away we slept so uncomfortable it was the worst experience I had in a hotel I told the staff and they told me a manager would call me the next morning Bt never did worst hotel experience ever
The location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
For such an expensive stay, there were few amenities. Traveling with an infant, it was very inconvenient not to have a fridge or microwave in the room. We ended up ordering a bottle warmer from Amazon Now because there was no other way to warm his bottle. Also, the internet connectivity was poor. The parking fee was very high. .
Horrible Customer Service
The view is the only thing we enjoyed.
Horrible customer service. My fiancé and I were treated very poorly and when I talked to the manager Jeff, he was very apathetic. We asked for 2 bowls from Jeff later on and they never came. I had to go down to the front desk to grab the bowls myself. We also needed assistance with the television and no one ever came to help. If you are looking for a place where you are ignored and treated poorly for $200 plus a night then is your place. I am astounded that a place like the Hilton could hire such an awful manager as Jeff.
good clean place
Staff was nice helped out with everything I needed. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and comfortable. If you are indecisive about hotels go with this one....won't be disappointed
Being that it was super bowl weekend price was out of control
