Clean, quiet, and close to the center of town
Better blinds in the room
Clean and comfy
Walls were kinda thin...could hear the people next door when they laughed and talked one night
Was within walking distance to all the cute stores in SOlvang, and Loved the Beds especially comfortable will be staying there again and again.. Liked it so much that we stayed again on the way back to Northern Ca.
They need to open the coffee in the lobby at least by 6AM would be nice..
It was on the outskirts of town so it was easy to get to the freeway and still be able to walk about the town.
That my in room coffee was not refilled.
We were most impressed with its close proximity to downtown Solvang. Nice place.
Staff, comfort, access to town.
The location...the layout of the hotel.
Freezing pool when you advertize that it is a heated pool and I asked two people who work there if the pool was heated and they said yes...but it was not. Then when I asked if a heater could be used because we had a group of 21 people there....the front desk said he didn't know how to do that...only a maintenance worker and there was no one around!!
some rooms are a little close to the road.
Breakfast was not worth the trip-bad coffee, shower was a drizzle- definate a budget hotel-but we were only there to sleep for the night- not bad for 1 night
