The rooms breathed new and for Dutch standards they were also spacious enough - there's even a small living-room space. The decoration was simple (practically 100% ikea) and very pleasant. Fortunately for me this hotel did not have many things that I dislike in typical Dutch hotels such as carpets in the rooms, old blankets, and old wall-paper. The staff was heterogeneous - some very friendly, others not that much. Overall this hotel is a good, positive surprise!
The mattresses and pillows were not good. The breakfast service was rather poor. Although poor breakfasts are usual in the Netherlands, this one suffered from disorganized service (few people attending the guests, too dark environment), disposition of food/drinks and labelling not clear.
The recepcionist was very friendly
had grreat time be back same time next yea
bar was shut on a sat night
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the hotel breakfast which was included with my stay was delicious.
very heavy doors of lifts
central to town
having to go to main hotel for breakfast
The central location. The facilities available, and the friendly staff.
The single room I stayed in was very small even by European standards, and there was limited wardrobe space. The bathroom was tiny as well. There was no clock radio.
This was a business trip. Was placed in alternate facility that was difficult to access and it was without WiFi INternet access and no immediate laundry facilities. This hampered my ability to conduct business.
It is very convenient to walk to all downtown ameneties and it is very close to the bus station.
The guests are European and non-European attending either training or workshop in a friendly atmosphere; and the staff interact well and are helpful to the guests. The hotel also includes very good breakfast.
The internet service in the hotel is charging relatively higher fee.
